Audi Beaverton - Service Center

Had our A4 serviced in Portland for 5 year oil and filter change. Upon further inspection after arriving home, found oil splattered all over the entire engine (except cover). Tech must have know and put the change. Upon further inspection after arriving home, found oil splattered all over the entire engine (except cover). Tech must have know and put the cover back on anyway. We spent 3 hours wiping up the mess. More

Experienced more than a 3 hour wait for my Audi when I was first in line at 7am and all they did was change the oil and filter and wash my car. They failed to replace my rear brakes. The service rep c was first in line at 7am and all they did was change the oil and filter and wash my car. They failed to replace my rear brakes. The service rep changed my service request wording where I had emphasized the rear brakes while the rep made the request a general review of the brakes which changes the meaning completely. More
