My car had some major repairs needed due to a manufacturer issue and Sunset Audi made sure I had a comfortable, large vehicle for my use during the time my car was in the shop to accommodate me and my family, who were coming into town. This is my 3rd Audi purchased from Sunset and I've been treated like family from car #1. I would never go anywhere else! More
1 Owner, 2 Terrible Service Departments I took my Audi S6 (both Beaverton and Sunset East call it an A6, that should have been the first sign of stupidity) first to Beaverton where they had I took my Audi S6 (both Beaverton and Sunset East call it an A6, that should have been the first sign of stupidity) first to Beaverton where they had to keep it for over a week, just to miss diagnose the problem. When I finally got my car back, $900 later, not only was the problem NOT fixed, but my car ran worse than when I took it to them. Beaverton service also tried to tell me that my car had been poorly serviced in the past, not knowing that I have only ever had my car serviced by Sunset East ( the same guy owns both Beaverton and Sunset East ). I next took my car to Sunset East to see if they could fix the problems and poor work that Beaverton had done. $1700 and another week later, my car was miss diagnosed again. They had me replace rotors and brakes when the main problem was that Beaverton had simply knocked my tires out of alignment, along with not fixing my coolant problem. I was also over charged by Sunset East, when it all should have been free service to make up for the pathetic service I received. I also had Sunset East look at a small problem I was having with my sunroof, surprise surprise, my sunroof works worse now...thanks Sunset. Also between to 2 service departments, they managed to put over 70 miles on my car and barely left me enough gas to get to a gas station. Long story short, I'm going to Audi in Wilsonville from now on. More

They then had a very nice gentlemen shuttle me to work. The service was done as promised, they even washed my car. I highly recommend Audi of Beaverton. They truly care about their customers. More

Usually I get bad news, meaning the bill is huge for something that broke that costs a dollar to make. But Sarah makes even that bearable with her smile. Give her a big bonus. She deserves it. They drove me to the airport, left a loaner car at the valet service when I returned, negotiated on my behalf with the extended warranty company in such a way that I saved $4,000+! I spoke with David Morrison, the Service Manager about the complex circumstances before I left, and felt very confident that he would do "whatever it took" to make things right for me (through the warranty company, Audi or by other means). Put another way, I felt that he was on my side as opposed to the usual adversarial situation. And he produced! Other service personnel kept me up-to-date as the process unfolded. It was a flawless experience. More

Little did I know, my daughter had fed change into it. Sean saw the look of shock on my face when he explained what happened and how much it would be to fix. Instead of saying "what can I do?" Sean burst into action and went to the manager David to see how they could help me. Sean said they would look for a used CD player and it would cut the cost. I was incredibly relieved. A few days later Sean needed some numbers off the back of the CD player so I took the car over. The tech foreman felt pretty confident he could fix the CD player BUT if he couldn't it could make it so I may not be able to replace it with a used one. I took the risk and it totally paid off. IT WAS FIXED and at no charge to me!!! What the wonderful, sensational, exceptional team at Sunset Audi didn't know is that for the past few months I had been under tremendous stress with personal issues, moving to Seattle, quitting my job, selling my house and everything in between. I could not deal with one more thing and I can not thank the team enough for helping me. My daughter got a very stern talking to about playing in mom's car, too! More

They have always done great mechanical work during the years I have owned my Audi. But in the off instances that things don't get resolved the first time, their dedication and ownership of the issues have been other-wordly. I believe part of that has to do with Audi as a luxury brand, but on the service side I feel like I have an advocate within the Audi ownership experience. Courtland, Sarah, and the rest of the team at the east side location are worth the drive. Tons of integrity throughout all of my engagements, and a desire to deliver top-level service worthy of a global consumer brand. Because of how they have represented their company and in their desire to make every interaction as positive as possible, Audi has gained a life-long customer. At 18k miles was told I had to replace brake pads and rotors for $1,400 and will be required at every brake pad change. Never had this on any car previously and was shocked when I was told this is now a rotors for $1,400 and will be required at every brake pad change. Given my lease is expiring I shall be taking my business elsewhere as they were unprepared to work with me on this. If you are looking for a new car with reasonably priced service costs don't look to Audi! Buyer beware. More
