Flawless Service Experience I just wanted to take a minute to commend Audi Beaverton on the best service experience I've ever had. From being welcomed on time, to arranging an Ub I just wanted to take a minute to commend Audi Beaverton on the best service experience I've ever had. From being welcomed on time, to arranging an Uber to work (and promptly arranging the return trip), everything was smooth, efficient, and easy. The service advisor even tracked my inbound Uber, met me as I got out, and walked me to my car, which was washed and ready. No waiting! With regard to the service, the maintenance was completed correctly, and they resolved the one issue with the car no questions asked (under warranty). This is the third car I've had serviced at Audi Beaverton (over 10 years), and I've always had great service - this service was at a totally different level. More

As owners of a 2001 TT we had previous experience wit We recently purchased a 2012 A8L from a non-Audi dealer in Grants Pass, Oregon, where we reside. As owners of a 2001 TT we had previous experience with Audi Beaverton and had always been pleased with our visits. I sent a note to them requesting the history of the A8L, and what potential service items might be needed. Corey Maslen responded with the information requested and suggested we bring the car in for a service diagnostic. We made an appointment and were scheduled to coincide with a trip to Portland on very short notice. Upon our arrival we were greeted cordially and met with Amy Stoica, a Service Consultant. She was extremely attentive to our desires to determine the condition of the car, any potential needs it might have, and very patient with our questions as a result of our being so new to and unfamiliar with the car. All of our concerns were addressed, all questions answered with reasonable answers and explanations, and we felt much more confident about the history and condition of the car as a result. While waiting for the car we met Juan Bautista in the showroom and in conversation mentioned we were overwhelmed with the technology, features, and options the car affords, and were having difficulty trying understand it all. He took it upon himself to give us a full tutorial as though we had just purchased the car from him and he was delivering it to us on the spot! That was a very generous offer of his time and expertise and very much appreciated. All in all it was a pleasant, courteous, and educational visit. As a result we are now much more confident with our purchase, better understanding the car's capabilities and features, and enjoying it immensely. Nicole Jarneski made the experience a pleasure while seeing that all my concerns were thoroughly addressed. Of note was her attention to detail in seeing that all warrantee issues were covered, along with bringing Audi Care to my attention. Having purchased this slightly used A4 in Kirkland, WA while under warrantee, I still had 'used' car reservations. Picking up my car the next day, loaner car and all, I was able to leave my used car apprehensions behind and drive away in my 'new' A4 Quatro.
