I have borrowed a car before during a long service, but I have found that I actually prefer to take this time to catch up on emails and work in the upstairs waiting area. I enjoy a complimentary coffee latte and snack while waiting which makes the experience even more comfortable. The staff is friendly, professional and I find the quality of work performed top-notch.
