Service Center Exceeded my Expectations! I had a very poor experience with my previous service center; however, Nicole more than made up for my past experience. Nicole was polite, helpful, k I had a very poor experience with my previous service center; however, Nicole more than made up for my past experience. Nicole was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and overall a pleasure to deal with. I was moving from out of state and needed assistance with receiving my car shipment, which also required an inspection, and Nicole did not hesitate to offer her help. During the inspection it was noted there was a missing part that the previous service center failed to put on, a faulty part, and a recall, which was all repaired timely and without error. I highly recommend Sunset Audi Service Center and greatly appreciate all of Nicole's help! More

The experience was seamless from drop-off to pick-up. My service required more time than originally thought, but I was able to keep my loaner and kept up-to-date with the schedule. Work was completed and I was notified in time to get my car before closing. My service advisor, Larry Laing, explained the work done and all charges explicitly and gave me a plan for the next service needed. I love the new drop-off and pick-up area! More

I asked do you have a loaner car they told me no then I asked how long the recall part was going to take to replace they told me an hour and a half. so they had my car from 7 a.m. it was only going to take an hour and a half to do the replacement they couldn't get my car in the shop they didn't keep a loaner car for me when they knew they couldn't get my car in the shop and they had my car all day what a waste of time and then they want me to bring my car back to them so it can happen again absolutely not I will never do business with them. More

Surprisingly good service I used the word "surprisingly" in the title, as I unfortunately have grown accustomed to average to poor service, and uninspired employees when dealin I used the word "surprisingly" in the title, as I unfortunately have grown accustomed to average to poor service, and uninspired employees when dealing with automobile dealerships and maintenance shops. Audi Beaverton on Airport Way has completely changed that. I've used them twice now, and each time I'm greeted by a cheerful, knowledgeable and accomodating employee, who quickly and conveniently gets me set up for service. In both instances, they have proactively asked me if I need a loaner car or a ride to the airport while my car is being serviced. Who does that anymore? Their quality of work is excellent, they are very trustworthy, and their attention to detail is appreciated. I recently took my car to Sears Automotive to replace a flat tire. With only 25k miles on my car, Sears recommended that I replace both my front and rear brakes. I took my car to Audi Beaverton on Airport Way for a second opinion, and they told me my brakes were good and did not need replaced. Then without doing any work in which they got paid, washed my car before giving it back to me. Ive learned my lesson. As long as I have an Audi, I'm using Audi Beaverton on Airport Way for all maintenance and service. In fact, I may continue purchasing Audis because of them. Ok, I happen to like Audis, but their service makes the overall experience surprisingly better. More
