Audi A4 and a pothole... needed new tire I have used the Audi service department with both of my Audi's and I always have received the finest service. I don't mind waiting for my car when it I have used the Audi service department with both of my Audi's and I always have received the finest service. I don't mind waiting for my car when it needs serviced because the area is very customer friendly clean, provide coffee, water, small snacks and you can do work from your computer. Not only are any repairs very competently addressed, but the service customer assistance is superior. I have after-market insurance and the company I am contracted with can be a real pain. The reps at Sunset Audi are simply the best at working on my behalf to get needed repairs covered. I know it must be time consuming and not a favorite activity. I am so appreciative of their cheerful (and dogged) persistence to ensure I receive full benefits (and mind you this is NOT an Audi policy). Super service! More

Excellent and very professional I took my car in for a 15,000 mile service and oil change to Sunset Audi Service Center in Portland. Dustin scheduled my appointment for Friday mornin I took my car in for a 15,000 mile service and oil change to Sunset Audi Service Center in Portland. Dustin scheduled my appointment for Friday morning, so I dropped the car off Thursday afternoon. I received a text from Dustin by 4:30pm that same day and said he was able to get my car in right away and it was all done. He would have it washed up and ready to go by 9am Friday. Dustin scheduled for a Uber driver to come pick me up and take me to Audi to pick up my car. From there he got me all checked out and explained the service that he performed on the car, along with replacing the windshield wipers per my request, last minute. He was very helpful, professional, and courteous. Excellent customer service. More
