Outstanding Service, but.. I always have our 2010 Audi serviced at the Audi dealer (Sunset Audi East side service center). In my opinion the service simply cannot be beat. Howev I always have our 2010 Audi serviced at the Audi dealer (Sunset Audi East side service center). In my opinion the service simply cannot be beat. However, be prepared to pay for this outstanding service. My visits typically cost 4 digits. I consider this to be unreasonable but it's the only way I can be assured it's done correctly. The cost is the only reason for my 4 star rating. To be fair though, Sunset does send out coupons for assorted things such as service, parts and accessories. My last service happened to land before the coupon expiration which dropped my bill down to the $700-$800 range. More
