It's the simple things that make a HUGE difference; like a friendly person to greet you when you drive into the service area at Audi Beaverton, having one person designated to you during your service journey, ensuring the loaner vehicle you get for the day is a pleasure to drive, getting text messages throughout the day regarding the progress of your service journey!! I was blown away at this AMAZING customer service! Seems pretty simple and straight forward to me that a company would conduct business like this.......not always the case around the Portland area. Smooth I live 90 miles from this dealership where I purchased my A8. My wife's Q5 needed a minor service item and on short notice I called when in POrtland. They squeezed me in and about an hour later we were on our way home with the service done, the car washed and the car vacuumed and advised that there were two minor revcall noitces to be taken care of on a subsequent visit. I am a car guy and this is a professional well run dealership from sales to service to parts. More

They didn't tell me the front brakes were shot. I. just bought the car and brought it in for a recall and to check out the noise in the front. When I picked the car up again I asked Larry if it needed anything and was told no. Only to find out the front brakes were shot and needed pads and rotors. Which not one but two shops told me. More

Dustin at the Portland location was pleasure to work with and he answered all of my questions with knowledgeable insight. The crew had my car inspected in less than 24 hours. They also put me in a loaner car for the day. Great service all around! Only downside is they don't seem to fuel their loaners, I received mine with 1/4 tank of gas so I had to make a stop at a gas station as soon as I left the shop. Minor complaint, but worth mentioning. More
