Pleasant, courteous, diagnostics out weighed the reality Service adviser was great, took time in listening, he went over and above what called for and I am appreciative of that. The loaner representative was equally professional and friendly. Loaner car was was fun to drive, except the free advertisement and letting others know its a loaner vehicle. The problems I faced were nuisance and frustrating, however, Audi system diagnostics were unable to verify, thus the feeling.. If the problems were to happen, I do recognize the electronics components at time are unpredictable, and they correct itself, so I hope problems don't arise again, but if they do I will video tape it, if possible, in turn avoiding any ambiguity. The above is not criticism, but a constructive feedback, to help manufacturer perfecting their product. More

You Guys Rock First off, I love my Audi (A4 Hatchback, 2014), but that's probably beside the point here. So here it is 2017 and I needed to bring it in because of First off, I love my Audi (A4 Hatchback, 2014), but that's probably beside the point here. So here it is 2017 and I needed to bring it in because of a recall on the passenger side airbag, a small thing. I made my appointment a week ahead of time, then the day before something came up and I called and asked if I could bring the car in an hour later. Originally I was going to bring it in first thing and I had said they could keep it till early afternoon to complete the change-out. So when I called back, as always, the person on the phone was delightful, and said no problem, bring the car in later. Then when I arrived, my day changed again, and I asked if it might be possible to get me in and out in an hour...then I wouldn't need a loaner for the day and I wouldn't have to come back, which would make things so much easier for me. The customer service person said we can always ask, and headed back to the shop. She returned saying that if I was willing to not have the car cleaned, like they normally would, they'd promise it in an hour. Awesome! Then, 45 or 50 minutes later, my car was done. But wait it gets better. When I stepped out to drive it away they'd also managed to wash it. These guys are hard to beat! All of that and cold water, coffee, and even snacks in the waiting room :). More
