My wife and I recently purchased and A6 and Q5 from Ryan Crooks. I want to take a moment and comment on Ryan’s effort as a salesman, we have purchased a lot of cars over the past few years and this hands down was the best experience I have ever had. His unaggressive non pushy approach really set him apart from the rest of the sales staff, when looking for my wife’s car we visited the local BMW, Lexus, Acura, and Infiniti shops and you leave those dealerships feeling very pressured and not treated like a valued customer. From the moment we met Ryan to the time we finished the purchases he made us feel like #1 , in fact this is mainly the reason we purchased two cars and not just one. Its been weeks since we drove both those cars off the lot and Ryan is still in contact with me making sure all is well. We will buy again!! More
