We had no prior experience with Sunset Audi and weren't sure what to expect. We were prepared for the stereotypical used car buying experience, but were pleasantly surprised with the helpful and straightforward assistance from the staff at Sunset Audi's used car department, especially Clint Carden. We got just the car we wanted at what we felt was a fair price, and the staff made for an enjoyable and time-efficient transaction. The selection here is not very large, but the quality is high, and I would certainly recommend a visit if they have the make and model you are interested in. More

They have always done great mechanical work during the years I have owned my Audi. But in the off instances that things don't get resolved the first time, their dedication and ownership of the issues have been other-wordly. I believe part of that has to do with Audi as a luxury brand, but on the service side I feel like I have an advocate within the Audi ownership experience. Courtland, Sarah, and the rest of the team at the east side location are worth the drive. Tons of integrity throughout all of my engagements, and a desire to deliver top-level service worthy of a global consumer brand. Because of how they have represented their company and in their desire to make every interaction as positive as possible, Audi has gained a life-long customer. Hands Down, Best Experience Yet. My husband and I recently (this last summer) purchased a car from another local dealership and felt very pressured and otherwise 'talked' into the car My husband and I recently (this last summer) purchased a car from another local dealership and felt very pressured and otherwise 'talked' into the car we went home with. It never set right with us and thus never really enjoyed the car we paid a mere four months car payment on. Through a web search we found the actual car of our dreams and headed out to Sunset Pre-Owned to take a peek. To my surprise, the car looked better in person (the dealership swapped the cloth interior for leather) but never used that as a selling point. Although we took a hit from trading in our recently purchased car (our fault, not theirs), Clint took care of us. He was kind from the start and took interest in getting us the car we came to look at. Not only was he friendly and professional, he was very down to earth, without the pressure. We highly recommend our friends and family to this kind of car buying experience. More

On the day we came in I was wearing an old cap and a hoodie bc most of our stuff are still with the movers. Both my wife and I also look young for our age so when we walked in, nobody greeted us. We had to walk up to the desk of David Welch to get him to help us. After sitting for a minute with David, He made us feel like we were not worthy of his time and he can't be bothered showing us the cars, even though it was a Wednesday afternoon and no other shoppers was in the showroom. Maybe he didn't think we were serious or have enough money or maybe because we are Asian? I don't know, none the less he left us with George who had just started working there less than a week. George is a friendly and nice guy so I feel bad saying this, but he doesn't know much about Audi products. He gave us a lot of "I don't know" or just incorrect info. He was also a bit apprehensive about opening up the cars up to show us and was the only dealership to NOT offer a test drive opportunity. Again, I'm not sure if he thought we were not serious or because he is new but the whole process turned off both my wife and I on Audi products. Especially the way we were treated by David Welch. We ended up going down to Kuni BMW where we were treated with respect and ended up walking out with a new car and when the time comes to replace our other car, I'm pretty sure Sunset Audi won't be getting our business. More

Sunset Audi was by far the best experience out of all of them! They were easy to work with and straight forward from beginning to end. We were especially impressed by how much time and effort they put into helping us learn all of the gadgets in our car. I know that I can reach out to James at anytime with a question. We love our Audi - the tech on it is incredible and it is of course fun to drive! More

Wow, was all I can say after my Sunset Imports Audi salesman, James Fitzpatrick, t I just replaced my 150,000 miles MDX with the new Q5 White Diesel. Wow, was all I can say after my Sunset Imports Audi salesman, James Fitzpatrick, told me this was the car for me. I’ve owned the Explorer, Durango, MDX, and now the Q5. I’m not a car guy, I just want to get in and turn the key and it works. Now though, I have to press a button! I’ve interfaced with multiple salespeople at Sunset Imports over the past year. My wife almost bought an Audi a year ago from Sunset Imports with another salesman but instead switched to the Jaguar with a V8 and a great price out of Seattle. The Seattle people abused her credit rating, continual buying support hassles, and no maintenance support. In my opinion, staying local and getting a fair price is better than saving a little upfront and then dealing with all the issues of no local support. I recommend buying an Audi from the professional sales people at Sunset Imports. I’ve seen nothing but professionalism from their organization over the past year. Whether we used them to buy a car or not! We will see how the Q5 car holds up. More
Place to go for European Delivery! I was in the market for a new S5 and during the process decided that I wanted to make this a European Delivery. I called over to Sunset and was direc I was in the market for a new S5 and during the process decided that I wanted to make this a European Delivery. I called over to Sunset and was directed to Patrick Curb. Patrick was very familiar, comfortable and confident about the program. The paperwork and process was not complicated, easy to follow. Patrick was an excellent liaison throughout the process, Audi itself treats you wonderfully during the pick, driving the car in Europe for a while was wonderful and the arrangements to ship it back to Sunset were simple, transparent and performed quickly. Once the car hit the Sunset, they spiffed it all up, removing 4000 miles of road grime and wear so I felt I was stepping into a brand new car for a second time in a couple of months! I would recommend Sunset in general and Patrick Curb in particular for any Audi purchase you are considering. More
