We were sent two sets of license plates- one was the correct set, and one belonged to a complete stranger. I received her plates and registration with her full name, complete address, license plate number and vehicle identification number. I would be extremely upset if a stranger received my personal information like that, and I am sure she feels the same way. When I told the person "helping" me on the phone that this was a serious mistake, her response was, "Okay." I hope that they inform the woman whose plates and registration I have of this ordeal, because I would not be happy if I were her. I also have to wonder if my plates were sent to the wrong person first, as I received them weeks after notifying them by email to send them to me. Additionally, our registration (that was filled out by them) had an error on it, and I was recently notified that yet another set of plates are on there way for me (third set) because they have on file that I applied for specialty license plates. I did not apply for special plates, nor did we ever mention wanting them when we purchased our car. Audi Beaverton, please get your information correct. Customers trust that you fill out paperwork correctly and send information/license plates to the correct recipient. This experience has been very disappointing. More

Quality Dealer I purchased a used Fj Cruiser that had a blemish on the carfax due to a minor accident. There was a bit of a delay to get some parts from Toyota but they arranged a loaner car for me. I feel that it's a great place to buy a used car and when you look around the lot it is clear they don't deal in junky cars. I recommend this dealership. More
