Something is fishy here I own a A4 and I have been a customer since 2005. Every time I bring my car for service, something new breaks down almost the very next day. I am reasonable and allays gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that it is normal or a coincidence. About a year ago, I picked up my car and found that the rear break lights broke down. It was a Saturday and the service shop was closed so I decided to take a look myself. I opened the trunk and noticed that the back right cover had a piece of rubber sticking out. Basically, when you unscrew the cover, the plastic cover comes with a rubber lip to prevent water leakage. About 1/3 of the lip was sticking out. The cover had obviously been removed and not placed back correctly. I know I did not do this and no one else touched my car outside of the dealer so I took this to the service office but they denied any wrong doing. I loved my Audi and was pretty sure that my next car would be a Q5 but now I can't wait to get rid of it. ...Don't trust them! More

All my questions were answered clearly, ...as this new Audi has lot's of features and technological additions which assist the driver. A niggling concern was handled quickly and professionally by the Service Advisor, Larry. All in all, I really had a positive buying experience with Sunset Imports, and would not hesitate to recommend them. More

Great service visit with one persistent glitch I have been dealing with Beaverton Audi since the purchase of my car there in November 2011. I have always had caring knowledgeable people providing s I have been dealing with Beaverton Audi since the purchase of my car there in November 2011. I have always had caring knowledgeable people providing service with a smile and consideration. My most recent visit a week ago was for 2 routine service items that required keeping the car overnight and a loaner vehicle. The work was done quickly, correctly and efficiently. My problem with the dealership involves the seat in the loaner and the return of my own car at pick up. It seems most of the personnel which move these cars around are small and short. Almost without exception, when I get into the car, the seat is so far forward I can barely get in. When my car was returned at the end of the service, the situation was the same. I could not get into my own car. If you move the seat forward, move it back when you get out. It is just simple consideration. This issue is a small side nuisance but one that needs to be addressed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the dealership. More
Patrick raises the bar for service! I recently purchased my 3rd Q7 from Patrick @ Audi Beaverton. My previous experience with purchasing cars was not pleasant. Before purchasing my fir I recently purchased my 3rd Q7 from Patrick @ Audi Beaverton. My previous experience with purchasing cars was not pleasant. Before purchasing my first Q7 (which was a certified used car), I was ready to purchase two other cars from separate dealerships but they made me wait so long I got irritated and left. Patrick and all the other staff at Beaverton did just the opposite - they wanted to understand my needs, they rarely made me wait more then a few minutes and I walked away pleased with my purchase and having no regrets. My next two experiences were exactly the same. The service department (specifically Corey), always makes me feel like I am his only customer. Before my experience with Patrick and Beaverton Audi, I had no loyalty to any dealer and hated the idea of having to buy a car. Now, I look forward to it and can't imagine going anywhere else. BTW - The last car I purchased was a 2017 Audi Q7 and it is truly the most amazing car I have ever owned. There is nothing about the car I dislike and so many things I absolutely love. This car is a game changer! More

Although I initially discovered several scratches on the car when I arrived home, Craig responded immediately and the dealership agreed to pay to have them removed without any argument. I was very pleased with the dealership; kudos to George, the general manager and especially to Craig who made sure the entire process went smoothly. I definitely recommend buying from Audi Beaverton. More
