I was given a loaner car and in addition to completing the repair (a new 'brain" was needed) they also completed a service bulletin update that I was not yet aware of (received the bulletin in the mail two days later). David and I had a miscommunication regarding the time that it would take to get checks for the trade-in (I drove out happily thinking 10 days, but it took 35 days), so I would only comment that the process for receiving payment should be more clearly explained. Overall, I think Heather has a great future in sales, and I would recommend Audi Beaverton to anyone that asks. More

He quickly assertained what might be a good fit for me and, most importantly, did so with making me feel like I was being asked a ton of probing questions. Without prompting, Shane found a perfect CPO car for me that I just fell in love with. After a day or so of peppering Shane with questions via email at all hours of the day and night (that he was quick to respond to, even at 11:30 at night), I decided to purchase.
