Up grade to newer Audi My wife and I worked with Mark Tower (sales) and Larry Laing (service) in purchasing a 2013 A5. The experience of turning in our old Audi for this n My wife and I worked with Mark Tower (sales) and Larry Laing (service) in purchasing a 2013 A5. The experience of turning in our old Audi for this newer version went well overall. We had two minor glitches, one involving the money transfer for the purchase and two, getting the spare keys for the vehicle. Mark has been able to locate the second key and is mailing that to us. The emergency key has been ordered and Mark assured us that it would be held in the service department until the next time we are in Portland. Both men did a good job and we are happy with the entire process. More
