Amy did a great job working to get a tire in shortly for replacement, after the service team decided it was not repairable, and working with me to try to find discounts available to help discount the cost. We contacted the dealerships and decided on Audi Beaverton after speaking with Mark Tower. After just four quick phone conversations we agreed upon a price and the next day we picked up the car. We have nothing negative about our experience and in fact, we feel it was very positive. We flew into Portland and a representative picked us up right away. She recommended a local sandwich shop where we did a quick stop, then on to the dealership. Within a couple of hours we were done and on our way home. We have never thought about buying a car could be this easy and pleasant. Mark was very professional, knowledgeable and polite, who made the transaction possible and continued to follow up with us for our 100% satisfaction. Thanks to Mark and the dealership.
