Throughout the transaction, he was friendly, without a hint of pressure or the slick sales persona you always hear about. He negotiated a deal with management that brought the price down, even though they had already dropped the asking price twice. I had to go to my bank to get my check, and I got stuck in rush hour traffic, which meant I arrived back at the dealership after official closing time.
