Heather made us comfortable immediately as she was professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the certified Audi's we were looking at. She insisted I drive every car I was interested in, insuring that we were making the best choice for our lifestyle. We are adding some "extra's" and her follow-up and customer service is exemplary. She even delivered my car to me on her day off and made sure it was in perfect condition. After running through some of the special features of the car (and there are many) she made sure to take a photo for me. Can't say enough good things about Audi of Beaverton and Heather. More
