Looking to replace my mini cooper I went to the Audi dealership wanting to look at the A3 convertible. But then after looking at several models decided on the 2017 TT. Doug was very helpful and answered all my questions. If he did not know the answer he got the answer for me. Once I decided on the model and color I test drove the car. They made the purchase process very easy and I drove home a couple hours later in my new TT. I would recommend them to my friends that are looking for a higher end car. Steve More

Service Center Exceeded my Expectations! I had a very poor experience with my previous service center; however, Nicole more than made up for my past experience. Nicole was polite, helpful, k I had a very poor experience with my previous service center; however, Nicole more than made up for my past experience. Nicole was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and overall a pleasure to deal with. I was moving from out of state and needed assistance with receiving my car shipment, which also required an inspection, and Nicole did not hesitate to offer her help. During the inspection it was noted there was a missing part that the previous service center failed to put on, a faulty part, and a recall, which was all repaired timely and without error. I highly recommend Sunset Audi Service Center and greatly appreciate all of Nicole's help! More

Excellent buying experience for first time Audi buyers! My wife and I decided to move up to Audi after owning six or so consecutive Volkswagens. We did some background research about Audi before going to the dealership. Our sales person did a very nice job of treating us with professionalism and avoiding all of the "typical" dealer tactics. We ended up buying a different model than we thought we would (an A4 instead of an A3) and felt very well treated by our salesperson. We also can't say enough about the manager with whom we worked. He was very accommodating, sent a clear message that he wanted our business, and made us feel valued with out any games or ridiculousness. We live six hours away from the dealership in southwest Oregon. The dealership was very accommodating with getting the vehicle ready for us so we could be ready to go in a very short turn-around. Slam dunk to continue patronizing this dealership! I already know my next car: an A7! More

Work was completed and I was notified in time to get my car before closing. My service advisor, Larry Laing, explained the work done and all charges explicitly and gave me a plan for the next service needed. I love the new drop-off and pick-up area! More

I asked do you have a loaner car they told me no then I asked how long the recall part was going to take to replace they told me an hour and a half. so they had my car from 7 a.m. it was only going to take an hour and a half to do the replacement they couldn't get my car in the shop they didn't keep a loaner car for me when they knew they couldn't get my car in the shop and they had my car all day what a waste of time and then they want me to bring my car back to them so it can happen again absolutely not I will never do business with them. More
