Dreaded "Car Sales Person" I'm over 65 and over the years have had to deal with many car sales people and have not had great experiences. You always get caught between the dreaded "sales person and their "boss"; back and forth.... At Audi Beaverton, we purchased a used vehicle, dealt with only one person, who did all the work and came back to us with the bottom line purchase price. They gave us what we asked for our trade in, were very friendly and courteous and we truly felt like a valued customer. I will go back for further purchases and would recommend them. More

Quick & Comfortable Leasing Experience I had been shopping around for an SUV or Crossover vehicle and actually 'bought' a BMW X1 on a Saturday night, but had not yet taken delivery. Went into Audi Beaverton on Sunday, to try out the Q3. Alex Reath worked with me and set me up for a test drive. Loved the vehicle! I'd been searching for a this particular make/model for a while, and the asking price was very reasonable for the mileage and condition. The entire process was clean and painless. During final detailing, they discovered a leak in the rear window, and associated moisture in the rear seats/carpet. Offered me a loaner while they had the rear window/frame and seals replaced. They took the time to pull the interior and carpeting to ensure things were thoroughly dried out so we wouldn't have future moisture issues. While I'm not a huge fan of Audi, I'd definitely purchase from this dealership again. Service was excellent, and Clint kept me informed every step of the way. More

Overall an Enjoyable process , Our first visit to sunset audi was not great . We took a test ride with a new salesperson who didn't know much about Audis . We returned a few weeks later and worked with Andy Estrada .he was knowledgeable and enthusiastic . he promptly communicated with us throughout the process of ordering the car. The purchase process was a positive experience. I do have one comment about being attentive to both parties purchasing the car. We made it clear that the car we were looking for was for myself and not for my husband. Andy seemed to direct most of his comments to my husband. When we came into the dealership to pick up the car , I actually had to request that my name in addition to my husband's name be placed on the title . I have always worked in a male dominated work place so I am sensitive to being treated as an equal . It's a small matter & I am making the comment so that in the future , Andy is more attuned to dealing with women . More
