Best Car Buying Experience EVER I really loved my 2008 vehicle and was reluctantly upgrading to a 2016. This was by far the best buying experience I've ever had. I traded in and they were very fair, but in addition, I was purchasing a barely used 2016 that had been a trade-in and Sigve and Craig could not have been more amazing to work with. From start to finish it was genuinely a pleasure and I felt that my interests were looked after. Craig made sure I was comfortable and looked after me throughout the process with the warmth and care one would expect with family. It was just lovely and I'm still appreciating the experience as I reflect several days later. I'd like to add that while I worked with Sigve and Craig, I did interact and chat with a few of the other employees and they were equally gracious and kind. Superb operation! More

We just felt that the Audi Q5 was for the price a better value when combining look and appearance of the vehicle with the technology and comfort of the interior package. We dealt with Doug Foley, what a solid guy. Doug spent all the time we needed, answered all the questions we had and never tried to "hard sell us". We left the dealership and Doug Foley, never even asked for our phone number, nice touch, again no hard sale or people calling you from the dealership. My wife and I discussed all the vehicles and decided on a Q5 she test drove. I called Doug and e-mailed Doug at the dealership and we made a "no hassle" deal and I went to the dealership the next day and purchased the Q5. The entire transaction took no more than 1-1 1/2 hours if that. A very pleasant purchase experience. Everyone I came in contact that day from the dealership were courteous, helpful and customer service oriented. More
