Slow and difficult I purchased a vehicle online. I immediately sent them a check and scheduled my own transport of the vehicle. It took them 2 days to get the paperwork I purchased a vehicle online. I immediately sent them a check and scheduled my own transport of the vehicle. It took them 2 days to get the paperwork out via FedEx, and then they only sent it 2nd day air. Then the return Fedex label was also 2nd day air. So I paid for the car and then had to wait almost two weeks before my trucking company could pick it up, even though they had been paid. More

I have worked with Brad Russell previously in purchasing a custom Audi RS5 and he was an excellent person to work with. No pressure, detailed oriented, knowledgeable about the product. There was a good value used Q7 at Beaverton Audi that we were interested in. Unfortunately we found the seats uncomfortable, but they had two new Q7s on site with different engines for us to try. Overall we spent many hours driving 3 cars, poking and prodding at the seats and figuring out what to do. Everybody was very patient and we closed a great deal on our new car at the end of the day. I would not hesitate to recommend any of the people that I worked with again. In fact, we are probably going back for another car there soon. I should note that I live a 3 hour drive away (Brad used to work locally and moved a few years back) but it was worth it to get the experience I desired. More

Very good overview of our Q7 was done us after its arrival . Final paper work and registration was seamless, very well done. Tow package did not come with a connector for the lights, wiring was complete. The service department was very helpful in locatiing the part and shipped it at no charge. More
