I went into the dealership nowhere My experience with Audi Beaverton and Michael Martin was everything one would hope for in a car buying experience. I went into the dealership nowhere near ready to buy and very unfamiliar with the brand but was always treated seriously. Once I started to seriously look at my options and got down to talking numbers other dealerships subjected me to a sort of performance art where the salesperson hands over to a manager who makes a higher-pressure sales pitch. Audi Beaverton lets you deal with the same person without the show. And Michael Martin, the sales rep I dealt with, was first rate. I knew little about Audi features and he went through everything - he knew the car and knew how to show what it can do. When I was finally ready to buy the transaction was seamless and Mike followed up multiple times after I'd taken the car off the lot just to make sure all was going well with my new car. I've already referred other people to him personally because he's that good at what he does. More

DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE DONE HERE, esp if you're FEMALE The service department is a complete joke. I don't know if they thought they could screw me over so badly because I am a female or if their automotive The service department is a complete joke. I don't know if they thought they could screw me over so badly because I am a female or if their automotive technicians are just that incompetent. I have never received such horribly inaccurate diagnostics that they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to repair. As a full-time college student I could barely cover the diagnostic bill let alone afford to have them make all of the so called needed repairs. Having a small amount of automotive knowledge I went to youtube to attempt some of the repairs myself. That's when I became very upset. I discovered that 2 of the 5 issues I wanted investigated were not accurately diagnosed. My rear seat-back latch they told me needed to be replaced (for over $200) was not even broken! It required a minor adjustment and tightening to the bolt onto which it latches and poof, works just like new. They completely lied about the leak from my windshield washing fluid reservoir stating the leak was along the line to my headlights. I took the whole bumper off my audi allroad, inspected the entire system to the headlights, and finally removed the reservoir to find that it was simply the main windshield pump that was leaking. A repair that costed $30, took 10 minutes and that didn't require the removal of the entire front bumper (4hrs of my Saturday I should have been studying). On top of all of this I was told I would not be charged for certain diagnostics as they forgot to investigate one of the issues on my list, this was not the case. I was still charged the $152 for the ONE hour of inaccurate diagnosis. The other 3 issues they technician couldn't figure out and wanted me to approve an additional 3 hours of diagnostic time at $152/hr to continue his investigation. I quickly declined, picked up my car, paid my ridiculous bill and sped away as fast as I could. DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE DONE HERE, especially if your are female! This place is a joke. Maybe they are trying to pay for that fancy new facility by ripping off their costumers??? More

I contacted Audi Beaverton online and explained what I was looking for.Mr. Craig Fleishman replied and described a 2018 Q3 which was soon to be delivered from the Port of Houston that fit what I wanted. After several Emails and phone conversations I decided to drive to Beaverton OR. from my home in Poulsbo WA (198 mi). I wasn't familiar with Audi Beaverton and was impressed with the layout of their facility Clean,bright and orderly. Appearances matter to me otherwise I woulnd't be getting an Audi. Craig made the finalization of my purchase go smoothly and seamlessly. From arrival to departure the whole car buying process was pleasant. When my first service is due my wife and I plan to return to Audi Beaverton and make a weekend getaway out of it. More
From Seattle to Beaverton and Back in One Day I was very particular about the 2018 S4 configuration that I wanted--I expected to have to make an order. I reached out to every Audi dealer within 500 miles to see if they had what I was looking for. Shane at Audi Beaverton responded, saying they had the closest thing to what I wanted in the entire PNW. Others had responded to my inquiry similarly, so I was skeptical at this point. I looked at the car, and it was close, but I didn't spend too much time reading. After scouring dealer inventories myself, I narrowed it down to about five cars, and then I picked the closest to my ideal configuration-turns out this was the same one that Shane e-mailed me. After that, Shane and I started e-mailing each other just an hour before closing time, and our e-mails continued until 11PM at night. Not only did he offer a fair deal on the one car that I was willing to buy in WA/ID/OR, but the interaction gave me the confidence to bum a one way car ride (via a co-worker's son that I had never met previously) from the Seattle area down to Beaverton the following morning. Even though I was technically stranded in the Portland, I was treated well, did not feel any pressure, and drove away with the car I wanted with a fair deal. The sales, finance, and educations portions of the experience were all great. I was in and out of the finance office in what felt like 10 minutes. I was eager to get back on the road in my new S4 to get home since I my ETA was about 10PM at that point. Shane did his best to condense a large knowledge transfer process down to meet my time-frame and he was very good at explaining all of the functions. I'm about 30 and technologically savvy, but you could tell he was accustom to explaining the MMI features to an older, less technical crowd (baby boomers, I'm looking at you)--I have a lot of respect for the patience he has, and did have to exhibit even with me at times. Shane truly had an enthusiasm for the car and it was very evident as he explained the features to me. I was the one rushing him, not the other way around. After my return to WA, I did have some follow-up questions and Shane immediately fielded them to my satisfaction. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer and after owning the vehicle for just over 2 weeks, I would do it all again the same way. I highly recommend this dealership and its staff based on my own experience. More

I immediately connected with her honest and straight forward approach. She knows her stuff and helps navigate through the somewhat complicated task of buying a car from afar. She was wonderful in person as well, her calm demeanor was so pleasant and refreshing on what could have been an extremely stressful day (over a 100 degrees, cranky baby in tow, and a 8 hr round trip drive).
