I have very rarely been treated as nicely at a car dealership as I was by Lucas. He really wanted to get to the root of the problem, understand my issues and do whatever was necessary to make sure my experience at Beaverton Audi was a pleasant one. Mission accomplished. Lucas not only tracked down the "missing" check, but went above and beyond in making sure that my vehicle was completely to my satisfaction. Every person, or dealer will occasionally have problems, You judge them by how they take care of the problem once is arises. I would whole heartedly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. More

It was an easy process; I did it on-line and over the phone. The factory upgraded my order to a 2018 at no additional charge since they did the new model change over early. The sales team mapped over my requirements to the new model offerings which were slightly different in 2018. When I picked up the car, I signed all the papers in less than 10 minutes. More

Outstanding Service, but.. I always have our 2010 Audi serviced at the Audi dealer (Sunset Audi East side service center). In my opinion the service simply cannot be beat. However, be prepared to pay for this outstanding service. My visits typically cost 4 digits. I consider this to be unreasonable but it's the only way I can be assured it's done correctly. The cost is the only reason for my 4 star rating. To be fair though, Sunset does send out coupons for assorted things such as service, parts and accessories. My last service happened to land before the coupon expiration which dropped my bill down to the $700-$800 range. More

David was our finance guru, who got us through the paperwork very efficiently and quickly and Lawrence, another finance guru went above and beyond with follow up to help when my car needed some TLC after getting scratched. I most definitely recommend this dealership and team of professionals. More
