From looking for a car, ease of coming in to test drive, to the no hassle internet pricing and finally purchase, I got the car I wanted. The overall accommodations to me as the buyer were amazing. Before I decided on the car, Shane was providing me with any information I asked -- hatchback dimensions, purchase process, etc. Since the car I wanted wasn't in stock, as soon as I made the decision to buy, Shane always provided me with updated information about delivery and from my research with other Audi buyers, I felt like I was a special order car buyer..... David in Finance was also great to work with -- no pressure to purchase added service options, etc. As soon as I said I wasn't interested -- we moved on.....Overall a great car buying experience!
