Service Department the BEST Was driving through Bakersfield when a 'light bulb' lit up on the dash. Looked in the manual and it indicated it could be a headlight, brake light, et Was driving through Bakersfield when a 'light bulb' lit up on the dash. Looked in the manual and it indicated it could be a headlight, brake light, etc. Called the Bakersfield Volkswagen dealership and talked to Miguel who said to drop by and he could tell which light it was. About an hour later, got to the VW Dealership, Family Volkswagen, pulled in, and was greeted by Miguel who said, "Did you call in earlier about the dash light?" I was surprised he could remember just a phone call. He asked for the keys and drove the car away, and minutes later it was fixed! It was a headlight. Was in and out of his service department in about 25 minutes. Amazing. Who does that these days? He was friendly, fixed the problem quickly, and we were back on the highway. I know we all have choices of where to take our cars to be serviced, but I prefer going to the dealerships, and this is one of the reasons why. I'm thankful to Miguel for fixing this so fast. He gives VW a good name. More
