An Outstanding Experience, As Always I recently dropped off my Audi Q7 for regularly scheduled maintenance. I understand that my service advisor, Dave Campbell, is relatively new to the company, but what an outstanding ambassador he is for Audi Atlanta. Dave is attentive to all the details, courteous, and extremely professional. He's also very responsive to inquiries, and he did an exceptional job of keeping my updated by telephone as to the status of my vehicle. More
Leadership let down. It is always unfortunate to write things like this but be aware that ultimately like most big companies the day to day team members are probably great It is always unfortunate to write things like this but be aware that ultimately like most big companies the day to day team members are probably great....but the leadership doesnt take responsibility for their product and they wont stand up and do the right thing because they don't want to jeopardize their Sr role. Stacey Hodges their VP let the company down today by explaning to me that "we cant help you with this issue because we operate on 20% margins in the service area." wow... that response as I just walked out of a $10 million dollar new service facility. Great day to day people but the leadership hides behind "margins" and "we don't know the service history, we don't know if you were original owner, etc, etc." They couldn't even take enough time to figure out if I was the original owner. This is probably very rare but fyi if your issue reaches the leadership. More

There is always bottled water and coffee plus an excellent café with great food. The waiting area was comfortable and I was able to work on my Blackberry. I called to make the appointment and I was able to get the day and time that worked for me. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately, signed in, and they took the car back for service. It was wonderful. I still cannot believe that I was at a dealership. It was too nice and so pleasant. My vehicle is very happy and so am I. Everything was done was very nice. They made sure that my time was respected and that I received communications pertaining to my service. So there was really no waiting for someone to greet me, or no waiting for someone to go over the paperwork, and no waiting when it was time to pick up the vehicle. Once again, very nice. I was told how much time it was going to take for the service from the beginning. I was happy that it took less time. I was glad they washed the vehicle because I just returned from a trip and the car was dirty. So the car looked great after the courtesy wash. A marvelous experience. More
