Excellent service experience My car only had 57 K miles when a huge engine problem appeared; the head of one of the cylinders had to be replaced, among other things. I was 7 K miles past the warranty, so I was going to have to cover the costs.The service department really worked with me, and they covered the repairs 100%, since no such huge issue should occur in a relatively young car. Quick and easy Chris and his team at Audi Atlanta were very quick to schedule me this week last minute. I was offered an Uber or Lyft at their expense. I arrived in Chris and his team at Audi Atlanta were very quick to schedule me this week last minute. I was offered an Uber or Lyft at their expense. I arrived in the morning and they promptly took my car it only took an hour to my 20k maintainace and even washed my car for me. Great job!! More

A pleasant stay I came in for the MIL indicator light and an ad-blue light. I knew something was amiss since the car is so new. It turns out it was a bad sensor. I needed to wait for the vehicle because I live fairly far away. It was a 4 and a half hour stay, but it was made more palatable with a complimentary lunch from the café.
