Vehicle broke down My 2015 A3 would not start. I was at an appointment and it would not start. Phoned roadside service and was amazed how I received such wonderful, ca My 2015 A3 would not start. I was at an appointment and it would not start. Phoned roadside service and was amazed how I received such wonderful, calming service. They assured me it was okay to leave vehicle and they would tow it into service department. I received texts along the way. Immediately Dave Campbell phoned the car was at the service center. Soon after the problem was diagnosed to be an defective original battery. It was replaced and was able pick up vehicle within a very short time. More

Car will leave worse than it came in I brought my Audi R8 in for a routine service with everything working and only needing the scheduled maintenance. After picking up my car I noticed m I brought my Audi R8 in for a routine service with everything working and only needing the scheduled maintenance. After picking up my car I noticed my A/C wasn't blowing cold. I immediately called and brought it back the next day. They called and said that since compressors often go out on this type of Audi and they feel they weren't around it they are accepting no responsibility. They offered to fix it at a 20% discount to "help me out." Again, I never had a problem before and I leave it with them for a day and it suddenly doesn't work. So even with that discount they expect me to pay them $5,000 to fix something that worked before they worked on the car. Hopefully this message will serve as a warning for anyone who even considers using Audi Atlanta. More
