I showed up as planned albeit 15 minutes late thanks to the unpredictability of Atlanta's traffic. Allowing for an estimated 1.5-hour wait, I brought along some work to get done. Warmly greeted by the service staff they promptly started the process. I had a nice breakfast while I waited in the onsight Starbucks Cafe. About an hour later I received a text they were done. The entire exercise was smooth and the service staff was friendly and professional, making for an easy morning. More

One you know where to go...Good Service When you walk into the service center it is very overwhelming. You see a bunch of desks and you have no idea where to go.
