Very professional, courteous, high level of communication I just moved to the area 1 month ago and my 2016 Audi Q5 was due for it's 35,000 service. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Aaron and he asked how I just moved to the area 1 month ago and my 2016 Audi Q5 was due for it's 35,000 service. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Aaron and he asked how he could help me. I explained that I need my 35k service done and he explained the oil change, spark plug change, brake fluid replace, and full vehicle inspection would be performed. I was offered starbucks coffee and I was in and out in my courtesy vehicle in about 10 minutes. I was told I could keep the courtesy vehicle overnight, no pressure to return it same day, very nice touch. My vehicle needed front brake pads and rotors done and Aaron iformed my they were at 3mm and needed to be replaced. I asked if the 10% discount could be applied from Audi Atlanta website, he enthusiastically agreed. I was informed my tires are almost to the wear mark, was given a quote for ~$1200 installed, a bit high in price so I declined. I returned my courteous vehicle and picked up my newly serviced car in about 10 min upon arrival the next day. Car was freshly vacuumed, clean, and the brakes felt much firmer than when I arrived. this is great. I highly recommend Aaron Elias and Audi Atlanta for Audi service needs. More

Great Service I brought my Q7 to check against a couple of issues that were only happening intermittently. The team did a thorough check and even though everything I brought my Q7 to check against a couple of issues that were only happening intermittently. The team did a thorough check and even though everything was working fine at the time of service, they were able to identify the problem and fix it. This is great, because in many places the would just tell you "it works for us now" and dismiss you. Very happy with the service and the facility itself, the free breakfast at their cafe was a particularly nice touch. More

Flagrant overcharging Chris was our service consultant for our issue with our A4. We received a call from Chris shortly after dropping the car off with an explanation of what the issues were with our car. A wheel bearing was the issue for the noise on the rear wheel and the engine light was a result of the turbo no longer working efficiently. Never will I ever buy an Audi ever again. And my 48 years I have never had to replace a wheel bearing on a vehicle. So many things go wrong with this vehicle on top of its over exaggerated sticker price. Chris quoted us $3100 to replace the turbo and 1200 and some change to repair the bearing. Due to the sticker shock I was forced to call around to some other Audi certified mechanics. Thankfully I did as I was quoted 1100 for the turbo and 500 for the rear wheel bearing repair. Wow Chris... I must have had a sucker stamped on my forehead. Not today my friend. More
