I was greeted promptly, was quoted a time and dollar amount for the servic I recently had my 30,000 mile check up at Audi Atlanta on Ptree Industrial. I was greeted promptly, was quoted a time and dollar amount for the service which was the same when service was complete, had a comfortable cafe waiting area to work with free WiFi and once complete, they had my car pulled around and washed. I would recommmend this service department to anyone needing service on an Audi in Atlanta. More

Great customer service! I had to take a company car in for routine maintenance service. I received a free breakfast voucher which was a nice gesture.
