While traveling on vacation my add coolant light came on and was able to take the next exit.. Then after pulling in to a Marathon service Station steam was coming from under the hood. I was able to contact the Audi dealership and explained that I was from out of State and my car issues. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and they said that they didn’t have the part in stock but should have the part sometime the next day. Knowing the location of the coolant hose to replace was going to be time consuming I knew it was going to take a minute to repair. John, Jeanne kept me well informed of the status of my car and I was back on the road sooner than expected. Hats off to the Tech staff and Service department, very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m not one to write reviews but Audi Asheville needs to be acknowledged of their friendliness and Service More
Sorry service, Q7 has been in shop for 7 weeks now, they still have not diagnosed the issue and have been giving nothing but excuses for their lack of service and communication with me concerning this servi still have not diagnosed the issue and have been giving nothing but excuses for their lack of service and communication with me concerning this service request. I’m beginning to believe they do not have properly trained certified technicians, even with computerized diagnostics they have yet to identify the cause of issue, yet they continue to “throw” new parts at it hoping to find the issue. This is pathetic! More
I just want to say that the service dept. and retail parts dept. was fantastic. They greeted me and helped me with my problem in a short period of time. I brought it up with the Sales Rep & Finance Mgr before I purchased. They said they were aware of it and it was being addressed. I need a place I can trust to do good work on my vehicle to maintain it. I certainly don’t need any more challenges in life, if I could avoid it. On the road from Ft Bragg to Denver, our A6 needed a little service help. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a dealer service department (and our Denver dealer, Prestige, is outstanding). little service help. I drive about 120 miles and the numbers gets increased by 599$(document fee). he was telling that out the door number does not include documentation fee and gives me some salesman talk about other places having more around in state. If you want to work with these folks, ask for final sheet before driving and watch out for all numbers. More
