Came in on time (had an appointment) for a quick oil change. The appointment had been made weeks in advance. Upon arrival, I left my vehicle with Stephen and let him know that I would be waiting since change. The appointment had been made weeks in advance. Upon arrival, I left my vehicle with Stephen and let him know that I would be waiting since it should have been a quick visit. After over an hour of waiting, I asked Stephen to check with the crew to see what was going on. I was then told that they did not have my oil filter in stock and they had just picked one up. I was also told that they were now taking my vehicle in to start the service. Almost another hour later, I asked again about what was going on with my vehicle and was told that they were almost done (and was asked if I really wanted the car wash that was supposed to be included, which I declined because I just wanted to get out of there). They knew the vehicle that I was bringing in, and therefore the filter that would be needed, weeks in advance and failed to plan for my visit. Even worse, the lack of communication regarding the delay was unacceptable. Had I been told at the time the vehicle was dropped off, I could have arranged for a ride instead of sitting in their showroom for 2 hours. I did not feel that the staff was concerned for my delay, instead were watching boxing videos on their phone. This was not a good experience and I would not return to this location. The reason that this location was chosen in the first place is their affiliation with AutoNation and this was the closest location for me to do the service provided by AutoNation. More
I bought my car at Peoria Audi and have had all service done there. They have always been honest with what needs to be done and handled any maintenance or repairs in a timely manner. done there. Car was done earlier than expected. But I did not get texted like I requested nor did I get a price quote before the work was done!!!! I was not happy about that. Then when I picked up the car it was filthy from the rain a couple days before that. I was told it would be washed again since dealership is so far from my house and I have to make special arrangements to get there. Everyone was very kind I just expect that with such high pricing that these customer service issues shouldn’t happen. I will keep me doing my oil changes at the Chevy dealership where they take excellent care of my vehicles and only use Audi when necessary. Being an Audi owner I feel like Audi should set the bar a lot higher. It’s very hard to even get get in if you wanted to. it makes me want to sell my car. More

My wife and I brought in our 2nd Audi we've owned, a 2022 Audi A5 Sportback in for it's first service, and we were both impressed by the service agent Steve, he was very pleasant to talk to and he listened t Audi A5 Sportback in for it's first service, and we were both impressed by the service agent Steve, he was very pleasant to talk to and he listened to our concerns. The service department is somewhat "hit or miss" regarding communication with the customer about needed repairs. The service adviser was minimally proficient at articulating the needed services. Near the conclusion of the service, he sent a text indicating my vehicle needed various repairs to the tune of over $3,000.00. The irony is that I had already had most of those "needed repairs" completed almost a year prior. When brought to his attention, his response was that he " . . . needs to remember to look at the history . . .". I would think that might be the first place to look. Finally, he practically begged me for a five star review. When I indicated that I can't predict my rating when I haven't seen the questions, he just shrugged and said, "they're standard questions. I just want the 5 stars". Pathetic. More

Excellent service. David kept me apprised of the work and recommended new windshield wipers.
