At the service department I don’t mind waiting because it is nice and clean and you can watch TV, but what I didn’t like this time it was a Saturday it was slow, not many people, but somehow it took me longe is nice and clean and you can watch TV, but what I didn’t like this time it was a Saturday it was slow, not many people, but somehow it took me longer to get my car serviced. I checked on it they told me it was being washed. Still that took another 45 minutes told me they had a backlog, how can you have a background will is it barely anybody in the shop? More

Very disappointed in the service department. Scheduled a 7AM drop off and was told they would have my vehicle for about 3 hours.
