Horrible service experience for an oil change. Didn’t want to honor their Web advertised service and did not allow my Audi Club membership discount. Waited for over 2 hours for my oil change. Had an issue with the right rear tail light assembly. My service advisor Brandon Russell took over and got me right in where the technician found the problem and the parts were ordered. Within two days the parts showed up and Brandon got me right back in to correct the issue with the new parts. Now that is how it is supposed to work.
