I came in for a service visit which was done and completed in the time frame I had been given. David checked on my maintenance service agreement and got me into a new extended maintenance program w completed in the time frame I had been given. David checked on my maintenance service agreement and got me into a new extended maintenance program which will save me over $700 in service fees over the next couple years. I brought my car in for an oil change. I was told it would take 90 mins. They didn't text me that it was done until about 2hours later. I asked why and she said they forgot to get it done and the guy left. The admitted that they had the opportunity to get it done and " they just forgot to do it" More
