Took my car in for service on Tuesday the 15th of Sep. They returned my car with a cracked windshield all the way down in front of the drivers view! I spoke with and showed it to the service advisor Steph They returned my car with a cracked windshield all the way down in front of the drivers view! I spoke with and showed it to the service advisor Stephanie. She said she would call me after talking with the Manager. She has not and is not returning messages I left in her VM! It is now 5 days later!! Horrible service!!! Will never return for service or to buy my new vehicle!! More

I was sad to hear Michael had left the service department since he had serviced my car for 5 years but then I met David and he was assigned my new service advisor. It used to be the best dealership that I ever dealt with. This time - I was promised a loaner car. None available. Offered a shuttle service. Long wait. Another customer said he had waited an hour for a shut This time - I was promised a loaner car. None available. Offered a shuttle service. Long wait. Another customer said he had waited an hour for a shuttle. He was told several times "right away". Finally we were told that the shuttle car was "really dirty and needed washing." General chaos. Many people waiting, Six cars in line (all were empty) at the service entrance. What saved the day? Two young guys: Blake and Dillon. I got their names because I believe that they deserve recognition for working so hard to keep people happy. They were truly exceptional in a very difficult situation. Believe me, I had time to study the workings of the Service area while I waited for the shuttle. Finally, my car was not ready by 3:30 PM as planned. I picked it up the next day. Blake called me and updated me on the situation. He was honest, sincere and totally professional. In short, he cared. I can't ask for more. In the end, I hope the problems with the Service Department were just an anomaly. Service in the past has been outstanding. I want the dealership to be as successful as they do so please take this criticism as honest feedback. More
