They do not offer the service level as a luxury brand, ride share are limited to distance, no loaner, no car wash after service. The Good: Audi Peoria quickly acknowledged an engine oil leak on my 145,000 mile TDI would be covered under the "dieselgate" emissions warranty. It took 3.5 weeks to repair. That was fine as I was given a v leak on my 145,000 mile TDI would be covered under the "dieselgate" emissions warranty. It took 3.5 weeks to repair. That was fine as I was given a very nice, new loaner to use in the interim. As they were doing repairs more work was deemed necessary and they took care of it. Generally I am very satisfied. The service advisor was always quick to respond to my status requests, even during a holiday and other non-work hours. The Not As Good: I also had the battery replaced at my expense. It was difficult to get details about the type of battery. I wish the dealer gave me more detail about it, because I wanted to make sure I was getting one that was as good as the original (which lasted nine years!). I also had the service department provide 10,000 mile DEF fluid service, but this was not detailed on the service documentation. My only written confirmation was in a text after I followed up about it. More
Update computer for rear camera recall and somehow lost my phone, albums and SiriusXM! Not happy. I dropped my car off Friday, 11/4/22 for a water pump replacement. The promise date was Tuesday 11/8/22. I followed up 11/8 for status. No one available to give status. Left message. I followed up several more times and left messages. No one returned my calls. Finally spoke with someone 11/11. Was told the part was ordered from Germany and would take two weeks. I've had no issues with previous services. The service on this occasion was terrible. Very poor communication. My service was finally finished 11/19. More
