From the very first moment I stepped onto the lot Michael treated me with respect. Being a first time buyer and a recent college grad, I would have never believed that I would walk off the lot in a beautiful treated me with respect. Being a first time buyer and a recent college grad, I would have never believed that I would walk off the lot in a beautiful Audi A3 but I accomplished just that. After telling Michael my budget he quickly went to work showing me around the lot at vehicles that respected my budget. When we found the A3, he stopped at nothing (though he never seemed overbearing like other dealer salesmen) to show me all the bells and whistles Audi has to offer. Michael also astounded me with his extremely rich knowledge not just about Audi and all of its performance qualities, but about vehicles in general! This type of knowledge is very rare in this day and age and cannot be replaced by any amount of crash course training that other sales teams find themselves a part of. When all was said and done, words cannot express how grateful I was to be involved with such a dedicated and encompassing sales team. Never once did I feel like I didn't belong and never once did I feel like the team was desperate for a sale. As long as Michael is at this location, he and the Audi team can rest assured that they have a customer for life. More

A friend recommended going to see Michael at the Audi Peoria dealership. We were looking for a very inexpensive car ($10K range) so I really didn't think there was a chance that an Audi dealership would Peoria dealership. We were looking for a very inexpensive car ($10K range) so I really didn't think there was a chance that an Audi dealership would have anything close to our price range. I expected Michael to push us toward a vehicle that would be $20K to $40K. However, he didn't. He respected our budget and found us a very nice, used car in our price range. I was really surprised. Michael also had his shop do a thorough inspection and replaced anything that could cause mechanical problems down the road for us before he gave a final release of the car to us. I highly recommend going to Audi Peoria and ask for Michael Sobczak. More

We came in to see what our realistic options were for trading in our SUV. We needed a vehicle with better gas mileage for traveling to work. The General Manager, Martin, assisted us with many scenarios that would work for our needs and budget. There was no pressure or stress. We were offered a generous price for our trade in. Ryan assisted us with finding the right car. We appreciated Ryan's knowledge and attention to the type of vehicle we were looking for. There are so many makes and models and it was a huge help to have his assitance that ultimately resulted in us finding a great car at a great price! Steve, in Finance, offered not finance options and numerous warranties. There was no pressure and he was very patient with us in discussing all the services that would best suit our needs now and down the road. At other dealers we felt defensive for saying no to a vehicle or stressed about the prices. Everybody that we dealt with from this dealership was focused on us getting exactly what we wanted. We are greatful for the help and love our car! We would recommend this dealership to anybody. We will definately be returning. More

I recently bought a jetta from this dealership and they were great. I know this is dealership that normally deals with high end clients buying high end cars and that buying a jetta was going to result in were great. I know this is dealership that normally deals with high end clients buying high end cars and that buying a jetta was going to result in very little profit for them with that said, you would have thought the way I was treated I was buying an 80k car not a 16k car. They treated with respect and did a great job in helping me realize the car and price I wanted. They showed great professionalism. Lets put it this way when I am in the tax bracket to buy the 80k car I will go see them first. More
My husband and I were interested in a preowned Audi A3 as our first option for a second vehicle. We currently own an A6 and have been very pleased with the car and it's performance. Upon arriving at the dealership, Christopher was very friendly and willing to provide us with information and have us test drive a vehicle. Unfortunately, there was only one vehicle to consider on the lot and it didn't have all the options we were looking for. Having said that, we were willing to be flexible depending on the price. Christopher told us the price of the car and asked if we would like to wait while he spoke with his manager to determine the best possible price that they could do. After some hesitation, we agreed to wait (we hesitated because it was the first car we looked at and we had other options we wanted to explore before the end of the day). We were forthcoming with Christopher about this, because we don't appreciate the game playing that can occur). Christopher returned with the manager, Robert, who said that we would need to go inside to wait in order for him to come up with his best price as he was not familiar with the car. We agreed to go in and wait. After a few minutes, Christopher presented us with a printed summary which basically reiterated the cost of the car. Not a best possible price as we had agreed to wait for. At this point, we felt uncomfortable that they were playing games and that we had sat around for them to give us a price that we knew upon first arriving at the dealership over an hour ago. Christopher then asked me what I would like to offer. I informed Christopher that I was not ready to make an offer and thanked him for the information and that I would be in touch if I wanted to proceed. I also informed him that I was disappointed that they had led me to believe they were going to present me with an adjusted price. As I got up to leave, Christopher went to get his manager who stopped us outside and asked what the problem was. As we were leaving the dealership, another salesperson made a very rude comment about giving Christopher a chance and mumbled something under his breath that was very derogatory. I have bought a lot of cars over the years, both new and used, and have never felt so insulted. I am a genuinenly honest and fair person and was shocked to leave a dealerhip feeling the way I did. I am a knowledgeable consumer and deal with people respectfully. In hindsight, I suppose I should have researched the dealerhips, however, I always assume that people will deal with me in the same manner that I deal with them. More
