Audi Arlington is the only service center I’ve ever used for my car. Pre 2020 all my experiences were good. Diagnosis were done promptly and if I had to leave my vehicle for an extended stay a loaner was for my car. Pre 2020 all my experiences were good. Diagnosis were done promptly and if I had to leave my vehicle for an extended stay a loaner was provided. Siince the pandemic loaners are never available. That’s an inconvenience, but my lastest service was horrible. My vehicle was taken to the dealership on Thursday, August 22 for a scheduled appointment. Despite the scheduled appointment they could not even review my vehicle. It was left with them with instructions to provide an update. Four days later I still did not have my vehicle or information on the problem or service required. They said I’d have an update Monday morning but that wasn’t true. I finally got my car back the next day. The service tech said their diagnostic timeframe runs 5 to 6 days. That was not stated on their website when I booked the appointment. The lack transparency and honesty regarding wait times is frustrating and unprofessional. They should not be scheduling appointments they cannot honor. I’m contemplating buying a new car but don’t believe this is the right place to purchase from. More
