Scheduled my appointment online and when I got to my appointment, I was told that my replacement part needed to be ordered. I asked why didn't someone order the part when I made the appointment and was appointment, I was told that my replacement part needed to be ordered. I asked why didn't someone order the part when I made the appointment and was told I don't know why. This dealership used to be so much better at coordinating the things needed before I arrive. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. No one thought my time was valuable enough to order the parts or call me ahead of time and tell me that it wasn't available after scheduling an appointment for a campaign recall. Please do better. More
