I took it elsewhere, and they found a leak in a solenoid. While still expensive, it was a fraction of replacing a material part of the engine that actually was just fine upon a deep inspection. More

Dealership provides worst Audi service we’ve had. We have chosen to purchase a Volvo due to horrific service. I had an 8:00 appointment but our service assistant was no where to be seen. The other service assistants didn’t want to check me in because I was assigned to another, so we stand around and just wait for over 20 minutes. You can’t ever get them to answer a phone. I had to drive all the way there to get this 8:00 appointment, then no one can assist me which makes me wonder what good having an appointment is. I went in for an oil change and while there asked for a bulb to be replaced. They required us to go pre-purchase the $14 bulb in their parts department which required another 25 minutes of waiting, then text me a $4,000. I had to drive to dealership to make appointment and ensure parts were available, drive to dealership to get clarification on why quote was so high, and drive a third time to see if it was complete. Cars are not cleaned, and they refuse to provide any loaners, yet they refuse to answer phones. We are a military family that has lived in many states but this Audi dealership is the worst! My car also had a recall but I wasn’t informed until my second visit and then they claimed they didn’t have enough time to complete it. We’ve purchased 2 Audis due to the exceptional service we received in another state, but now we realize it is time to go with a different carr. More
