I have never had an experience this horrible with an Audi Service Center...ever. I dropped my car off on Nov 4 (after 3 other attempts and no loaner available). Although on the 4th I saw a loaner on the lot I was denied use of it and was told that it was their “shuttle”. I called several times, when I was able to get someone to answer I would get transferred to my service advisor’s voicemail to await his return call. As a remedy I went in to try to catch him in person. He advised me that each diagnosis would cost me 2 hours of labor. When he finally called me 4 days later he apprised me that it was driven and they couldn’t diagnose my concerns. When I called back to follow up he told me he would try to get to my ticket by Friday. When I followed up on Saturday he still had no update. When I followed up on Monday he told me that it would probable cost around $6000 to do engine work but still had no diagnosis. I told once he had the diagnosis to call it in to my warranty company. He advised that he did not accept car shield and would not call in the repairs. Then he proceeded to send me and invoice with multiple charges for labor he admitted had not been performed. I later contacted Service Manager, Suhaylah Adebo. She agreed that I was being overcharged and that they did indeed accept Car Shield and she would call the repairs in. They took days to do this and failed to report all the repair concerns. I apprised her that I would need to have my car moved to another repair facility. 3-4 more days of unanswered calls, and 2 weeks with no vehicle I had my vehicle moved elsewhere and went in to handle the Payment with Suhaylah Adebo. I questioned her about several discrepancies of charges which I confirmed were inaccurate. When I pressed record on my phone she refused to speak with my any further. I told her I would close out the Bill and picked my spare key up off the counter at which point she grabbed my hand with both of hers and tried to yank and scratch the key out of my grip. When this failed she took my cell phone and threw it on the floor behind the cashiers desk. When I walked around to retrieve my phone she slammed the door on my foot and hand all while withholding my phone and accused me of stealing my key. I attempted to hand her my card to remit payment and handle the discrepancies at a later time but she refused until I returned my key in order for her to return my phone back. After assaulting me and talking my property she had her colleague call the police and falsely accused me of stealing. They still have my spare key and nobody has returned my call to attempt to resolve this matter or apologize for her actions. More

I went in Tuesday for a tire replacement under road hazard since I bought the tires from them. It took a while but it was taken care of. The problem is that when I got home I noticed leaking coolant un hazard since I bought the tires from them. It took a while but it was taken care of. The problem is that when I got home I noticed leaking coolant under my car. I popped the hood and saw the coolant reservoir cap was removed but replaced (it was in the engine compartment which indicated they had taken it off during the multipoint inspection and not replaced it) and another module cover was removed and not replaced entirely. I called the service section that same day asking for a service manager to relay that the tech provided less than quality service and request they send back the part they didn’t replace. I was told Suhaylah would call me back but she not within an hour or two so I called back and was told she was busy. I sent Chris the pictures I took of my engine compartment the moment I opened it and he confirmed the problem. Since then I’ve texted in response to Muhammad when he asked how the service was (the advisor that was assigned to the service) the same info and pictures and called daily asking for someone to fix the problem and send me the cover No one responds or calls back. Another service manager (he said there are more than one manager for the service section) Will said he would take care of it and hasn’t called back. To make matters worse, since I rode my motorcycle most of the week since Tuesday, I learned on Saturday (16Oct) that my coolant reservoir cap was not just removed and not replaced but it is leaking as well. I’ve talked to Chris, Will, and Muhammad and nothing has happened. Service managers won’t call back to resolve a pretty easy issue if they just try. I’ve emailed their care team email and gotten no response. I don’t understand how a business would entirely neglect a customer. Audi Arlington, please return the party you removed from my car and please fix the damage your tech did to the coolant system. Please start by returning my calls and requests to handle this directly. Took vehicle in for wheel alignment. Prior to picking up vehicle, technician stated that my left front wheel bearing needed replaced and quoted about $1800 for the repair. I declined (because I know how to vehicle, technician stated that my left front wheel bearing needed replaced and quoted about $1800 for the repair. I declined (because I know how to change it myself) and picked up vehicle after the alignment was completed. They NEVER mentioned that the front left wheel was removed. About a week later, I was in the process of changing out the wheel bearing when I realized that I was missing the locking lug nut. Seems like they replaced it with a regular lug nut (NOT GOOD). I sent an email back to the technician and haven't heard since (it's been over a week). I also called the Service Dept and left a voice mail on the Manager's phone and haven't gotten a call-back. I sent another email to the "care" team (cc'ing the technician again) and still NO RESPONSE. To top it all off, the left front wheel bearing didn't fix the problem. Turns out it was my RIGHT front wheel bearing that was bad. So what would have cost me $3600 from Audi, I was able to repair it myself for under $500. Do yourself a favor and DON'T take it to this SERVICE DEPT. They don't know what they are doing and will likely mess up (lose or steal) your stuff. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! More
Unless you want to be out thousands of dollars, with a car that is in worse shape than when you brought it in, DO NOT GO HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. You would think that you would have the best of servic car that is in worse shape than when you brought it in, DO NOT GO HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. You would think that you would have the best of services and support at an Audi dealership that prides themselves in luxury vehicles and services, that is not the case unfortunately. I have been waiting weeks for someone to follow up with me and make the situation that they made worse right. But the do not care, I am just another idiot that they made $4,000 off of. There mechanics are not qualified, even the staff admitted that to me after the 2nd time I had to bring the car back after they serviced it. I brought my vehicle in to have the AC looked at and a check engine light that had been on and off for months looked at. The car itself had no performance issues besides you could hear a slit misfire on occasion, now after 2 months and 2 visits at the dealership (not even provided with a loaner car the first 4 weeks they had my vehicle) I got my car back with more problems than it even had going in. The car has completely died on my in the middle of driving, the bottom of the car dropped out while driving 70 mph of the interstate, it won't start sometimes and the oil consumption is so bad that I am having to put in a new quart of oil at least once a week because now the low oil light keeps coming on. Greatest part is..... they want me to bring it back in for them to look at it again and I do not want anyone there touching my car, they are what made it do all this in the first place. They just hope I am dumb enough to fork over thousands more for something that "may or may not fix" the car. I have never gone somewhere to pay for something to get fixed/serviced and gotten it back in such bad shape that it is not even usable anymore. This place is the worst - the so called manager was supposed to follow up with me three weeks ago now, still no word. They do not care. More
So I just bought my first Audi (SQ5) two weeks ago and last week I dropped off my car at the Audi Service in Arlington VA. Next day went to pick up my car and as I was walking over to the service lane to last week I dropped off my car at the Audi Service in Arlington VA. Next day went to pick up my car and as I was walking over to the service lane to pick up my car, a gentleman told me that he would pull up next to the curb outside of the pick up/drop off area and to meet him there. I thought this was a little odd but didn't really think anything of it at the time. I went straight home, parked in my driveway about 30 feet from the road. An hour later my girlfriend showed up and asked me what happened to my taillight which was cracked/broken. I quickly called the dealership but they closed early since it was Sunday so I took a photo and emailed my service advisor Justin Robbins. The next morning I called but was told no one was available to speak with me so I left a message, finally hours later that day Justin called to inform me that he confirmed through photos that the taillight was not damaged when I dropped off my car and that he would order the part and fix the damage. I was very kind and understanding since these things can happen even though it should have been addressed right away instead of waiting for me to discover it so I patiently waited four days with no contact from anyone. I emailed and then called Justin to get an update and he told me a manager would call me. That same day Suhaylah Adebo (service manager) called and very rudely told me that they were not liable for the damage and that it was my responsibility. I asked her if she checked the cameras but she continuously avoided the question and did not provide any evidence or details just kept saying it was not their responsibility. She wasn't even interested in helping me find out how much and what to do to fix the damage no matter who was paying for it and didn't offer any resolution of any kind when it was very clear that this happened on their watch. I couldn't believe what I was hearing from an Audi dealership's service manager but I also was not that surprised since during my previous 2 service visits before this one, everyone seemed very unprofessional, not very friendly at all, and worst of all didn't have any knowledge to answer most of the questions I had. This last visit I was charged $220 only for them to tell me they weren't able to program my extra key because it was already programmed to another vehicle and that I needed to order a new one for $800. I pointed out that this didn't make sense since the physical key blade was able to unlock the doors, which they weren't even aware of so I'm not sure if they even tried. The next day I found out on my own that I could just replace the transmitter for $400 (half the price). Being this was my first Audi, you can imagine my disappointment dealing with them. I never once dealt with anything even remotely close during 12+ years of servicing through Lexus. I knew I wasn't in Kansas anymore the moment I walked through the doors of the service department and stood there as not a single one of the 5-6 employees within my immediate vicinity even acknowledged me. Unfortunately this experience makes me want to return the car and never buy an Audi ever again even though I'm very happy with the vehicle itself. It's absolutely unacceptable for anyone to be treated like a second class citizen when you take your car in for service anywhere let alone a luxury car dealership. More
DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE, they damaged my car while it was in their care and have been impossible in trying to rectify. Read other reviews as well on here to see their shady tactics when it comes while it was in their care and have been impossible in trying to rectify. Read other reviews as well on here to see their shady tactics when it comes to taking responsibility for their actions. I brought my car in last summer for a windshield replacement and they left my car out in the rain with a broken windshield for weeks, and the car trunk flooded, resulting in damage and mold to the car. AND, almost a year later I am still fighting them on this and my car has been there for a total of five months as they still continue to try and "fix" it while I am forced to make lease payments on a car that I no longer have because it's been in their possession. They barely communicate with me, blowing me off with fake deadlines that the car will be ready and offering me zero compensation for my personal property they damaged that was in my trunk. They are the absolute worst. It is my biggest regret that I brought my car here and they are a horrible tarnish on the Audi brand. More
Suhaylah Adebo is a Service Manager at Audi and she is gracious, willing, and effective in making your service visit a positive one. At 5PM, Service gets busy as people want to pick up their vehicles. S gracious, willing, and effective in making your service visit a positive one. At 5PM, Service gets busy as people want to pick up their vehicles. She was extemely attentive and guided her staff in getting things done. We have had Mercedes, Land Rovers, BMW's, and Audi's so we know what a Luxury Service experience should be. And she seems like the glue that holds the Dept together. Many Many Thanks! More
DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!!! On Saturday, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!!! On Saturday, March 14th, I returned to the Audi Arlington dealership in Arlington, VA to pick up my 2019 DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!!! On Saturday, March 14th, I returned to the Audi Arlington dealership in Arlington, VA to pick up my 2019 A5 from service after purchasing all new tires for $1400. I had dropped my car off on Tuesday, March 9th. After paying, my car was pulled around so I could leave. I entered the car and immediately saw a large crack down my front windshield! I notified my service technician, Chris, who confirmed that when my car was checked in on the 9th, there was no indication of a crack or rock damage. He even had pictures from when he checked my car in on March 9th. The service manager, Will, approached and immediately placed blame on me!! He gave no apology!! He just went straight to pointing the finger at me even though my car was in the care of Audi Arlington for 5 days!! NO ONE INFORMED ME OF DAMAGE!! I was told I would be contacted on that Monday with a solution. IT IS NOW ALMOST MARCH 24TH AND NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON from Audi Arlington has reached out to me to communicate a solution or next steps!! THEY HAVE MY CAR!! I have called Chris and he pretty much said he forgot and would get back with me. Never heard from him again!! That was on Wednesday, March 17th! I emailed Will and Chris’s manager, Dave, the Director of Parts and Service at the dealership. He said he would get back to me and I again never heard back!! That was on Friday, March 19th! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! Chris, the service tech had no problems emailing and calling me every other day about the status of my new tires, but when it comes to this, NOTHING!!!! I was only treated with respect when I was buying something from them, when I could have gone anywhere! There are other reviews of this dealership doing this exact same thing! SEE SIMILAR COMPLAINT BY CUSTOMER SHAUN MURPHY BELOW!!! I will be filing a discrimination and fraudulent claim with other agencies. GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE!!! More
Avoid this Dealership Audi, unlike other luxury car makers, requires a service contract from day one. We were sold a contract, under high pressure, and it does not cover wh Audi, unlike other luxury car makers, requires a service contract from day one. We were sold a contract, under high pressure, and it does not cover what was promised. It did not cover certain aspects of the braking system. It covered wheel and tire damage, but only if your tires are damaged from the road surface. The first service was supposed to be free, but it was not free! We were supposed to get a free loaner for service, but they don’t guarantee that. When I took the car in it was a wait of several hours for a loaner. There was no instruction on using the car. Once I was told I could wait for the car to be fixed 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, but it took almost 3 hours, to reprogram a key. It was really a 20 minute job. Audi Bethesda is much better More
