This has to be the worst Audi service department in Virginia! I literally hate calling and going to this place. Customer service is horrible, loaner service is horrible but call the sales department Virginia! I literally hate calling and going to this place. Customer service is horrible, loaner service is horrible but call the sales department and they treat you like royalty! Looks like customer service is not a priority here but getting your money then telling you to “F” off is! It’s a shame that you go into a prestigious auto dealership and get horrible service AFTER they got you with a great sales pitch! They need to hire new service reps throughout the entire dealership and properly train their staff on customer service and just plain customer service etiquettes! More
Very displeased with this Service center and recommend you definitely use another Service: - When I made the appointment, no one communicated it was a multiday recall replacement. There were no vehicles available or shuttle so I had to take an uber home. -When I picked up my vehicle, paperwork stated they completed an "complimentary inspection". The inspection was never done. Husband mentioned that we needed the inspection as it was out of date and they said "oh sometimes they overlook those items." He asked could they do the inspection since they said they did and they said unfortunately no, need another appointment. -Paperwork states complimentary vacuum but that never happened. -Here is the kicker, when driving from the lot husband notices a sound from tire. There was screw in my very expensive ($550+) run flat tire. Dan Choi states there no responsibility from the Audi shop as "they don't use any screws or nails onsite at their service department." He was not helpful at all. Horrible experience and last time I will take my car here. I am very hesitant that they even did the work on the recall because of all the complimentary work they claimed they did on the vehicle. Stay away. More
