I feel bad for the people who work here - no wonder service is poor. Lack of mechanics to perform diagnostics, no loaner car or alternative transportation options for a leased car under warranty- these service is poor. I am very happy with the service. Chris Bradford was my service rep. and he is great to work with. I’m from out of town and unfortunately broke down on the highway. I was towed to this service center because it was the closest. Couldn’t have had a worse experience. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience being there. Totally understand it’s busy but it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen from a “luxury brand”. When I finally was helped the service advisor I dealt with was cold and emotionless. I got the impression he hates is job. I explained my situation and was told my car would be looked at in 5-7 days. He stated there were no curtesy cars available which I understood. When I asked if he had recommendations for rental car agencies in the area he had none. Hard to believe he has never had to send someone to a rental agency, I was given a ride to a nearby enterprise but again was made to feel I was being an inconvenience to their day. To add to the experience the rental agency they brought me too had no cars to rent. A few days later I was told I needed a new engine due to it seizing from a crack in my oil pa and it would not be covered by my warranty because I somehow unknowingly damaged my oil pan while driving on the highway despite there being no other evidence of damage from “hitting something.” Often the responses I got were I don’t know but it’s not covered. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. More
