Dani was easy to work with, he pretty straightforward and no price treat, he just ask what's your budget and then work with you to see if it's possible and if it's not he'll still if he can get it approved. no price treat, he just ask what's your budget and then work with you to see if it's possible and if it's not he'll still if he can get it approved. The dealer ship was easy to work with and was helpful. More
I read dealer reviews before I my purchase so I went in with eyes open. Overall, I had a great experience with this dealer and was treated well by both sales & service. They even took care of a small prob with eyes open. Overall, I had a great experience with this dealer and was treated well by both sales & service. They even took care of a small problem that was not included on the initial ontract. Fantastic! More
I bought a certified 2008 Audi A4 3.2 quattro 5/10/11. Tommy provided the best car-buying experience I've ever had, for a new or used car. I traded in a 2004 BMW 325Xi. The initial offer by the manager fo Tommy provided the best car-buying experience I've ever had, for a new or used car. I traded in a 2004 BMW 325Xi. The initial offer by the manager for the BMW was $8,000. Eventually Tommy got the manager up to $11,000, just about Kelly Blue Book value. It remains to be seen if the service department is as good as Sales. The dealership has mixed reviews here, but not Tommy. If you're going to this dealer to buy, ask for Tommy. More
Unbelievably bad experience. Sales staff were rude, inattentive, and not interested in selling me a car. I was amazed at their lack of courtesy. I had to visit the showroom twice before anyone would inattentive, and not interested in selling me a car. I was amazed at their lack of courtesy. I had to visit the showroom twice before anyone would provide me service. I will NOT buy my Audi from them. Fortunately the Silver Spring Maryland location has an understanding of customer service. I highly recommend them if you are in the area. More
I don't even know where to start with this outfit. I read the reviews for all local dealers and thought that the low reviews for Audi of Alexandria were generated by a few disgruntled customers and that read the reviews for all local dealers and thought that the low reviews for Audi of Alexandria were generated by a few disgruntled customers and that my experience would be different. I was completely wrong -- I shouldn't have gone there and absolutely wasted my time. When I went in, they offered me a decent value for my trade-in and asked me what I wanted to pay for the new vehicle. I offered up a number ($xxx above invoice) and after several conversations they said they could meet my number. That's when the fun began. Not only did they try to pretend that invoice and/or MSRP does not include destination, they have the highest processing fee of any Audi dealership around ($399). Salesman then tried to explain that processing charges are required by law in Maryland (they aren't) and that's why they are different from other dealers. I'm not sure why his phony explanation was supposed to make it better, but I didn't care to press the issue further. Their invoice price was hundreds of dollars higher than figures quoted by other dealers, Edmonds.com, and TrueCar.com. Yet they insisted that they were right and the entire Internet and every other dealership in the area was wrong. The bottom line is that this place will try to confuse and play games with the numbers to try to make it seem like you are getting a "deal" when you really aren't. I've purchased vehicles from other Audi dealers in the area and worked with Chantilly, Tysons, Tischer, and Criswell on the type of car I'm looking for now. NONE of those dealers played these games or tried to hide the true cost of the deal. While they weren't all priced as competitively as the dealership that I made the purchase with, all were transparent and didn't pull this garbage. AVOID AUDI OF ALEXANDRIA AT ALL COSTS. There's just too many dealerships around to tolerate this nonsense. Do not make my mistake. While it may be the closest dealership to a lot of us in the area, drive the extra 15-30 minutes and avoid this needless headache. More

Crooks, frauds... I really should have read the Crooks, frauds... I really should have read the reviews here before I entered the dealer. Having test drove one of the Audi models I had in mind Crooks, frauds... I really should have read the reviews here before I entered the dealer. Having test drove one of the Audi models I had in mind, I was offered to a sit down with a seemingly pleasant sales person. He kept going back and forth with his boss and was putting on this act that they are willing to discount the car as much as I requested for. Then, at the very last minute the boss jumps in on the scene slaps on about $1,400 worth of extra charges. I was appalled with the stunt. However, I kept my calm and kindly asked for a reason behind the extra charges (one of which was already listed in the final price by the salesperson). The boss with a rude attitude gave me a nonsense reason for one the charges, which I could only interpret as "I am charging extra because of the discount we offered." Given the nonsense reason, I politely asked again, "why charge a fee twice?" All I got was the the same BS reason and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude that made me feel extremely humiliated after all the time I spent with the salesperson negotiating the price and setting up for the final documents. Needless, to say, I left the dealer extremely upset. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that the salesperson was not aware of the stunt the boss was planning to pull. At least that way, I won't feel like I was fooled by every person I met at this dealer. Do not go to this dealer to purchase a vehicle. Or at least keep your mind clear of any BS charges they may slap on at the last minute. And beware of the Boss! More
We are Audi owners and we visited Audi of Alexandria to purchase our second Audi since we like and trust the Audi brand. All was going well, until the manager, think it is Jwaid interjected when negotiati purchase our second Audi since we like and trust the Audi brand. All was going well, until the manager, think it is Jwaid interjected when negotiations stalled at the last $500. The manager was rude, aggressive and came off as the stereotypical "used" car salesman. He immediately turned off with his style, and we felt humiliated and unwanted in Audi of Alexandria. It is a shame that Audi, a great brand, has such xxxxx representing them. We will never visit the dealership, never use their service and will NEVER recommend to our friends and colleagues. Our experience was so frustrating that we will go out of our way to make sure that anyone considering an Audi not make the same mistake and do any business with this dealership. More
