Had a good experience every time that Ive been here. Audi of Alexandria has a very professional staff and goes above what is expected of them in terms of the quality of the work performed. Ive been an Audi of Alexandria has a very professional staff and goes above what is expected of them in terms of the quality of the work performed. Ive been an audi owner for 4 years and I see why people are clamering to buy these cars. They are low maintance and beautiful. I have had only minor issues that were just wear and tear. Its definetly a luxury car. My Q7 is the best car I have had, and thats also thanks to the proper service attention it has gotten from audi of Alexandria's service department. More

After a nightmarish morning at Audi Of Chantilly (the Sales Manager there did not appreciate that I, as an Accountant, did my due dilligence before negotiating a lease) on Saturday August 20, 2011, we ne Sales Manager there did not appreciate that I, as an Accountant, did my due dilligence before negotiating a lease) on Saturday August 20, 2011, we next went to Audi of Alexandria. AoA may not have the new, lavish showroom that AoC offers, but it was more than made up for by the experience we had making the deal. I have read some of the comments regarding AoA, and all I can attest to is how much of a blessing it was to work with Jamal and the Sales Manager (Jay Jawaid). Not only did we end up with much more car for less price than Audi of Chantilly offered us, I believe we were treated with much more respect and appreciation than we were ever shown at Audi of Chantilly. Additionally, Jamal and Jay were very knowlegable about Audi in general and the model we were leasing specifically. As a car buff who reads and studies these things so I can be informed, I found that gratifying. The salesman we had been dealing with at AOC was a gentleman, but seemed to know only the basics about the car, and I could tell it was more rehearsed than due to his keeness to be the best at what he is doing. Jamal on the other hand, is a car guy who appeared to love what he does. You owe it to yourself to do your research, be informed, and compare dealers by first hand experience. More
BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! My check engine light came on while visiting DC and I made an appointment for 10:30. The Alexandria Audi dealership told me it would be a diagnostic fee of $175.00. After nearly 1 while visiting DC and I made an appointment for 10:30. The Alexandria Audi dealership told me it would be a diagnostic fee of $175.00. After nearly 1 hour of waiting I was told that it would likely be 5:00 PM before the diagnostics were completed. I asked for me key back and was then told that they'd have a report shortly. In about 45 minutes I was told that I needed one fan/module ($1,598 and possibly another!! (???How would you not know if 1 or 2 were needed and why was the gauge not showing an overheated engine??? They said No way for it to be complete that day) I checked web reviews (not so positive!) and called my dealership in Charlotte, NC-WAY too much $$ and I questioned their credibility. I then went to Audi of Tyson's Corner and they didn't had a service technician. I then went to Chantilly where I received outstanding service-the problem was NOT the fans but an oil leak that caused a cooling system malfunction! They put 2 technician on the job so I could get back to Charlotte, NC that night. IF YOU NEED SERVICE-GO TO CHANTILLY!!! More
The store was warm and inviting, and the employees were very polite and professional! My husband and I have purchased a few cars in the past, and this by far was the best experience we have ever had! This very polite and professional! My husband and I have purchased a few cars in the past, and this by far was the best experience we have ever had! This is how car buying is supposed to be! the process was quick and the inventory we had to select from was great. We started our deal on the phone with Steve , and finished it up with the finance department. The best thing was they were so up to date with technology and it made everything so easy. We also purchased Cilajet for our Audi Q5 and I love the glow it gives the car, along with the peace of mind that my car's paint will be protected for a long time. Thanks again to the staff of Audi of Alexandria for making it so easy, and truly effortless experience. I am more than happy to write this on behalf of steve's request, that if the experience was good to report on it. I have a service Appointment for next week and will report on that as well. More
My review is related to sales department, have not used the service so can't speak of them. These guys are trying to rip you off all the time. First, they quote on their website the MSRP value of the car, the service so can't speak of them. These guys are trying to rip you off all the time. First, they quote on their website the MSRP value of the car, then right next to it the internet value, which looks like you are getting a 1000 discount on the MSRP. Then you go there you start negotiating and all of the sudden the internet value did not include the Destination FEE, which the MSRP does. Basically, they make you think they are giving you a discount over MSRP, but really they are just substracting the Destination Fee. Wait, they will add it back at the end of course...... I was about to sign the purchase of a new car when after having me there for 5 hours, they wanted me to pay $875 of destination fee on top of the other typical fees. I stood up and left. Went to Tysons and got a clear purchase with clear discounts and pricing. Alexandria will make you think you are getting a great deal but then they screw you up with fees, that they claim are always there (yes, they are, but are part of the price). The only fees you should pay are taxes, registration and dealer fee (usually around $350). The destination fee is part of the price and should not be added at the end. I;m sure lots of people don' even know this getting ripped off by these guys More
Dani was easy to work with, he pretty straightforward and no price treat, he just ask what's your budget and then work with you to see if it's possible and if it's not he'll still if he can get it approved. no price treat, he just ask what's your budget and then work with you to see if it's possible and if it's not he'll still if he can get it approved. I read dealer reviews before I my purchase so I went in with eyes open. Overall, I had a great experience with this dealer and was treated well by both sales & service. I bought a certified 2008 Audi A4 3.2 quattro 5/10/11. Tommy provided the best car-buying experience I've ever had, for a new or used car. I traded in a 2004 BMW 325Xi. The initial offer by the manager fo Tommy provided the best car-buying experience I've ever had, for a new or used car. I traded in a 2004 BMW 325Xi. The initial offer by the manager for the BMW was $8,000. Eventually Tommy got the manager up to $11,000, just about Kelly Blue Book value. It remains to be seen if the service department is as good as Sales. The dealership has mixed reviews here, but not Tommy. If you're going to this dealer to buy, ask for Tommy. More
