We had a very nice experience at this dealership. We needed another vehicle and saw a deal online. Although we liked the car, we were still not ready to purchase it because our search had just begun, th needed another vehicle and saw a deal online. Although we liked the car, we were still not ready to purchase it because our search had just begun, the price was a tad above where we wanted it, and we saw that the vehicle had a couple of cosmetic defects that we knew must be resolved. Ahmed was very patient with us during the purchase and tried very hard to resolve all of our concerns. After getting a buyer's inspection, we realized that the cosmetic repair that we had discussed with Ahmed was >3 times what he initially thought it would be (we got multiple estimates), so we were not pleased. Additionally, we needed the spare set of keys that the original owner failed to deliver during his/her trade-in. Anyway, Ahmed arranged for us to drop the car off and get a loaner, and Audi's preferred body shop fixed the cosmetic issues at no additional cost to us. Moreover, Ahmed personally drove during his own time to pick up the keys from the original owner (30 miles out of the way). These things, coupled with some price abatement, made the experience very pleasant, and we would recommend you consider giving them your business. More
I'm impressed with the leadership at Audi of Alexandria, who took the time to work with me and make sure that I was satisfied with my experience at their dealership. They've demonstrated that they value me who took the time to work with me and make sure that I was satisfied with my experience at their dealership. They've demonstrated that they value me as a customer and I appreciate how they collaborated with me to resolve an issue with my car. As a TT Quattro and an Allroad owner, I'm happy to know that I can count on them for a favorable sales or service visit in the future. More
In a hunt for specific Audi Q-7 which we found out it would have to be ordered, Alexandria was helpful from the start, straight forward, and a no nonsense dealership. The 2013 Q-7 was ordered and imagine would have to be ordered, Alexandria was helpful from the start, straight forward, and a no nonsense dealership. The 2013 Q-7 was ordered and imagine the fact that vehicle came in prior to when promised. They were in contact regularly with shipping and build updates, and freely discussed finance options, extended warranties (which we purchase) and Audi care. At time for delivery, I took a taxi from the airport and was hoping the Q would be ready and waiting as we did paperwork remotely. Guess what? Filled with gas, cleaned, and salesperson ready with keys. Long story short we are thrilled with the deal, treatment, and new 2013 Q-7. I'm out of my lease in a couple years and Q-7 TDI is the next vehicle I will purchase from Audi of Alexandra. Thank you guys! Jennifer & Bart More
We worked with Ahmed Bah to buy two new cars. He really knows what he is doing, is very professional, listens to what you're looking for and all over was great. No used-car funny busness, just straight tal knows what he is doing, is very professional, listens to what you're looking for and all over was great. No used-car funny busness, just straight talk and ultimately a deal that we were very happy with. My used car had a small problem with it which I discoveed the day after buying it, they had me bring it in the next day and fixed it immediately. The service department was really great too. I would highly recommend this dealership and would suggest giving Ahmed a call if you're on the market for a new car. More
I've been looking for a slightly used 2012 A4 and Audi Alexandria had the perfect car for me with low miles and the options that I desired (blue tooth, xenon LEDs and heated seats). Their price was rated Alexandria had the perfect car for me with low miles and the options that I desired (blue tooth, xenon LEDs and heated seats). Their price was rated as fair by Cargurus.com so I scheduled an appointment with Tommy Luk of Audi Alexandria and took it for a spin. I knew exactly what I wanted and negotiated a fair deal for the price of the car and my trade-in. Tommy and Audi Alexandra earned my respect for their direct, no gamesmanship business style. If your looking for an Audi, Audi fo Alexandria is a good choice and Tommy Luk is a true professional. More
According to Wikipedia, customer service is the provision of service to customers, during and after a purchase. Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation. Audi of Alexandria, and those that represent the dealership, provided me with exemplary customer service upon the purchase of my new 2013 Audi Quattro A4. The buying experience was superb, and there was no hassle or haggling involved. I experienced the utmost professionalism and courtesy from Sunny Batra (the sales associate who sold me the vehicle), Salime Eslaqite (the General Manager), Ashkan Souroushi (Finance Manager), Stacie Merwitz (Finance Director), Mike Willis (Client Advisor), Le Nguyen (Certified Service Advisor) and Ahmed Bah (Client Advisor). These individuals made my experience at Audi of Alexandria wonderful and I will always refer my friends and colleagues to Audi of Alexandria first! More
VERY Long story. sorry about this but if you want to do business with this dealership.. please think again, there are far better dealers around this DMV area.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! I went business with this dealership.. please think again, there are far better dealers around this DMV area.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! I went in for 25000 scheduled maintenance for my AUDI Q5 covered by AudiCare. Once the service was completed, they give you free car wash.. Guess what? They washed my car with panorama sunroof open. Leather seats soaked, and carpets soaked, and future potential electrical problems / mold / mildew problems..etc.. dealers not really doing anything to do anything right... it gets worse....please read on. Did dealership tell me about carwash incident before I pick up the car? NO Here's how I found out. When I got in the car, back window was fogged up, I thought it was due to result of carwash and humidity level in VA. So I ignored that and was on my way home, while on the way home, my shirt right arm was getting wet from the arm rest, so I looked around and there was about 2 inches of water in the cup holder, back leather seats were very damp, and carpets in the rear seats were soaked. I immediately called the dealership, tried to speak to manager, and left a voicemail. Very next morning, service department manager called 8am in the morning, told me to come in so they can assess the damage and dry it out for me. My concern wasn't the drying it out part. Car should not be washed with sunroof open. Whoever made the mistake should have came forward and taken the responsibility. Also, with car being exposed to lots of water (car wash uses average of 35 gallons per vehicle). Even if I assumed only quarter of that went into my car, it's about 9 gallons that was in my car. So I was very concerned, started to initiate talk with the GM (Selim Eslaquit), He assured me that there was no damages as they dried it out completely and that there would be no problem what so ever. I challenged him on the spot, let's open one of your vehicle with panorama sunroof and go ahead and do a carwash, and you dry it out and sell it to customer or you keep it.. can you do it? he said no. So I asked him Why should I keep such vehicle when dealership was at fault and also that they needed to replace the car for me. then he counter-offered if I kept the car that he would offer to extend warranty to 100k, OR that I trade it in and get a same vehicle with same options (at dealer cost). So then he started to give me numbers, and gave the low balling trade in value at 32,000, and gave invoice price for the new q5. Later that day, I stopped by at the Carmax and found out that my car was valued at 35,000. So I went back to Selim, and asked how he's got to the 32k, and that it was ridiculous he was still trying to make money off my car when his dealership caused great deal of inconvenience. Then he rudely cut me off and said, "Do you work in a car sales industry? I do, you don't, so You don't really know what you're talking about?" I felt very disrespected and demanded to get Audi Rep's number because it was obvious that this GM did not know how to treat their valuable customer. He also said all those in front of his sales people which shows that he's clearly not fit for a GM position at any kind of dealership. My counter offer to Selim was that he will give me more than Carmax and he does not make not a single dollar on the vehicle he sells to me. not even a hold back, he said he could not do that. He then challenged me if I can sell the vehicle for more somewhere else, then go ahead and do it and come back to them to complete the transaction. IS HE xxxxxx out of his mind? Why the heck would I go sell the vehicle somewhere else and basically let him off the hook? This was his dealership's fault, and he was not even trying to make this right, obviously only interested in maximizing the profit on this trade in and selling new vehicle (putting 1 more on the board for them..). Next day, I contacted the AUDI USA, and rep was very understanding of the situation and told me that he would talk to GM to see if they can come to a resolution. Audi Rep got back to me 2 days later, saying that it was dealership's fault, so they did not want to get involved. So now ball was back at the GM, he matched the carmax and gave in on the holdback. At this point, I did not even want to deal with AUDI ever again, but since they are getting 1 more sale on the board, I did ask them to either take off destination / processing fee out because I had paid them once before OR offer extended warranty on the new car as well. He of course said no, did not want to deal with me any longer. One extremely bad dealership experience / and experience of AUDI USA not taking care of their customer with the 2nd Audi, I was very disappointed and ready to move on at this point. I also honestly feel like I was discriminated because of my age and race. I wonder if I was a older Caucasian male, whether he would be able to disrespect customer that rudely. I felt almost embarrased to go back to the dealership after he cut me off and said I had no idea what I was talking about.. In the end, guess what happened..? Nothing got resolved, and because I'm being tired of dealing with Audi, I just treated Audi incident as total bad luck, and ordered BMW instead. Could not be any happier. Audi will never earn my business ever again, and they have now lost valuable client. More
Had minor work done on my car it was a check engine light that came on due to not changing the oil in time. well actually no where the time it was suppose to have been done. They checked my car and in the that came on due to not changing the oil in time. well actually no where the time it was suppose to have been done. They checked my car and in the mean time gave me a Q5 to drive around in. the loaner was nice and kept me from having to miss work and everything was taken care of in a day's time. More
We would recommend Audi of Alexandria because here everyone goes beyond their duty description to make the customer happy. We were pretty particular on what color and what features we wanted, the emp everyone goes beyond their duty description to make the customer happy. We were pretty particular on what color and what features we wanted, the employees looked until they found exactly what we wanted and had it ordered to the dealership. Throughout the process, they kept us informed about what was happening with our deal. We live 2 hours away from the dealership and they found the time to bring us the vehicle. All of the paperwork was handled over the phone and internet. We both work full-time and busy with our children's activities and don't have much time to make long drives. Everyone involved did their job and made the buying process so easy and with no stress, which in our eyes is a A+. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and deserve the best in customer service!!! We will definitely come back when we choose to buy another vehicle! More
Fraud Committed. En route to Washington D.C., my Audi Fraud Committed. En route to Washington D.C., my Audi flashed that the car was overheated, so I had the car towed to Audi of Alexandria. Jason Gage Fraud Committed. En route to Washington D.C., my Audi flashed that the car was overheated, so I had the car towed to Audi of Alexandria. Jason Gage (service representative) ran a diagnosis on the car and told me that I had a broken temperature gauge. To repair it would require a part replacement and four hours of labor, totaling $650.16. Given I had to drive back to NYC from DC in two days, I had no choice but to agree to the repair. (Note, I called another body shop and they would have done the service for $350, but I was captive by this point.) On Sunday, when I drove my car back to New York the temperature gauge continued to indicate overheating throughout the entire 4.5 hour drive. I emailed Jason Gage on Monday and told him of the problem and requested a refund. His response was that "there may be a sensor or gauge that may be faulty" and that I should take it to another Audi dealership. Further Jason wrote that if I could let him know of "my findings, he would be interested in knowing." This response could not have been more clear that they had no idea what the problem was, did not fix anything but decided to go ahead and charge an Audi customer for parts and service anyways. Finally, to release a car with an unfixed faulty temperature gauge back to a customer is knowingly and willfully committing fraud and endangering not only the customer, but also the general public. Please consider this as you send your or your wife/husband/children's car into this place for any service. More
