During my scheduling, I was informed that the service may take a couple of days and I responded, "not a problem as long as I can get a loaner." On the morning of the service, I arrived at dealer at 6:55 with one person ahead of me. At 8:40, I was still waiting and no one approached me about a loaner. So I went to window and asked for a status and I was told the only thing available was an dirty A3. I was really disappointed that no one acknowledged I needed a loaner after seven people were serviced ahead of me. More
Good and Bad I was so excited to get my first Audi. I negotiated a decent price on a lease which was what I wanted. I spent almost two hours with the finance guy I was so excited to get my first Audi. I negotiated a decent price on a lease which was what I wanted. I spent almost two hours with the finance guy saying NO NO NO to all of the add ons he wanted to sell me. In the end he did sell me on a couple of them. I was worn out and tired of listening to him. A month later I found out that I did not lease the car, I bought it. He changed me out of a lease and into a purchase. It was sneaky and deceiving. Just goes to show this dealership is only out to make money and not out for repeat business. In addition, I gave the sales guy a great referral (my husband). He would have bought from him in a heartbeat but the guy was unresponsive to two emails and two voicemails. If I get another Audi, I will not go to Arlington. More

Worst Service Experience of my life DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my 2015 Audi S3 in for service after I had slammed on my brakes. The car was vibrating when I drove, so I dec DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my 2015 Audi S3 in for service after I had slammed on my brakes. The car was vibrating when I drove, so I decided to take it in. About a WEEK after I dropped it off for service, I was informed that the hub and some other parts related to the hub needed to be replaced in order to fix the issue. The total cost was $2100 to fix, or what I thought would fix the issue. After TWO WEEKS I was finally called, saying that the car was ready for pickup. I was a little frustrated with how long it had taken, but was excited to finally get my car back. After paying the 2100 at checkout, I hopped in my car and started driving away. Not even 30 seconds into the drive I felt the EXACT SAME ISSUE I had taken it in for. I brought the car back to Audi to request them to finish fixing what they said they would fix. I'm not sure what my $2100 went to because the car is having the same issue. About a week after I dropped it off again I was notified that I will have to replace ALL rims and ALL tires in order to fix the issue; running me around another $2300. This place is a JOKE. Do not service year car here. They are a scam. More

Make sure you double check your statement. This dealer is unprofessional! you don't want to get this kind of service from luxury car company. Buy BMW or Mercedes if you can. Always an expensive disappointment Terrible communication, parts department inadequate (who can't look up an order under my last name?), service department ignorant and not looking out Terrible communication, parts department inadequate (who can't look up an order under my last name?), service department ignorant and not looking out for customers. My latest (in the string of 5 years of frustration and anger with them) was scheduling a recall appointment two weeks ago. I took it upon myself to call to confirm the appointment only to be told they don't have the part. 1) they weren't going to call me to tell me so 2) they don't know when they'll get one in and they won't call me to tell me. So I get the displeasure of calling them myself to be put on hold by the parts department (last time was 28 min of hold across 3 calls) to find out when the part is in. And I have no idea how to guarantee that they'll hold a part for me until the appointment. Incredibly frustrating. Always expensive. I always walk away (or hang up) angry and feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Makes me rethink my love of Audi vehicles. More
A pleasant process and one amazing vehicle at a good price I walked into the showroom and looked around at the rather amazing cars a bit before being casually approached by Kuchard (sp?), one of the managers. We talked a bit and he guided me to the A4, which is a perfect car for me. He then introduced me to Shawn who took me out on a test drive. From that point on, I was sold. We talked a bit more and then I left as i never make impulse decisions. There was no pressure from them at all to buy. The next day I came back, drove a couple more models and settled on a beautiful Premium Plus A4 with the tech package. The best part of it all was I felt like I was dealing with more of a friend than a salesman. Instead of trying to upsell me or push a deal, he just listened to what I said I wanted and matched me up with the perfect car at a very good price. Shawn, Kuchard and Mohammad were all great guys who made the whole buying process fun & easy instead of stressful. More

Was driving from Florida to New York when my car had a severe coolant leak after unloading it from the autotrain in Lorton,Va.He advised me of the issue after careful consideration and inspection of the issue and made the correct suggestion and repair course. He was responsive and extremely pleasant. Would definitely recommend the service department of this dealership. More
